Hilary Clinton is scheduled to testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Oct 22nd. She has said she will make only one appearance before the committee. Chairman Gowdy has said repeatedly that he will NOT have Clinton appear until is he "reasonably certain that the committee has had access to all of Clinton's relevant emails."

Cheryl Mills, who was the State Department’s counselor and chief of staff during the entirety of Hillary Clinton’s tenure, said in an email on November 13, 2012, that her colleagues were “on board” after a “come to” (Jesus?) meeting, in reference to classified congressional hearings that would be taking place later that week. Her correspondent was Philippe Reines, a longtime aide to Hillary Clinton who had asked how the “hearings”were going (perhaps meaning “briefings”?) The classified hearings were on the 15th and 16th. Of the newly released batch of Hillary Clinton emails, this one seems to be the most significant.

Sources on the ground in Benghazi during the 2012 terror attack are pushing back hard on former CIA acting director Mike Morell's testimony on Capitol Hill, where he defended his role in shaping the administration's narrative and claimed politics were not involved.

Testifying before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Admiral Mike Mullen said that the direction given to Special Operations Command Africa commander Lt. Col Gibson was to "hold in place" on the night of the attacks. SNIP Mullen also said that U.S. aircraft were not at the ready while the attack was ongoing. He claimed there was a "physics problem" in addition to a "time and distance problem" that prevented the United States from providing immediate air cover.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, deflecting criticism over the Libya terror attack, argued Wednesday that "Benghazi happened a long time ago." But despite the nearly eight months that have elapsed since then, the FBI is only now producing photos of individuals they'd like to bring in for questioning. The release of the grainy images comes as the House plans another Benghazi hearing next week. It also comes after Fox News reported that U.S. officials have identified the mastermind of the attack, who according to sources is walking free in Libya. Coincidence? Yes, according to the FBI.

WMAL interviewed former US Attorney Joe DiGenova this morning and he revealed that the State Department is actively blocking lawyers from representing the Benghazi whistleblowers by denying them access to classified information, something they must have at a minimum to be able to discuss the case with their clients. He specifically cited Victoria Toensing as one of the lawyers being denied access to classified information, despite the fact that she has top-secret clearance.
