The Rasmussen Reports daily tracking poll showed that 40 percent of black voters surveyed supported Trump, while Trump’s overall rating showed that 50 percent of all voters approve of the job Trump is doing in Washington. In August, Rasmussen Reports put Trump’s popularity among black voters at 36 percent, according to USA Today. At that time, Trump’s popularity among black voters had doubled since August 2017.
