Here's an image someone posted to Reddit that shows you what all the Bond girls looked like in their respective movies, and then what they look like now. No surprise that some of them have aged quite a bit over the years, but other than a few wrinkles here and there these ladies still look like screen sirens. Check out the image below. Who's your personal favorite Bond girl?

They stand together in a dusty corner of my father’s old bookcase, scratched and battered but still serviceable, as much a part of a boy’s coming of age in the 1960s as Beatle records and old copies of Playboy in which many of the Bond novels first made their way to junior-high-school-aged males. The Signet paperbacks—I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hardcover of one of Ian Fleming’s James Bond books—still conjure up images of adventures in exotic locales, Istanbul and the French Riviera, Japan and Jamaica.

Having now finished with the second Bond era (Roger Moore + Sean Connery’s return), it’s time to for the “best of” list. As with my first outing, and then my second, I’ve created The Bond Oscars, in which I acknowledge the standouts in various categories. I’m eager to hear your thoughts as well, so please comment early and often, and offer up some categories of your own.

Despite a strong first half and some great character material, "Skyfall" craters thanks to a boring second half, lackluster villain, and plot holes galore.

It debuted at number 100 in the Billboard 200 chart, the highest position that a Bond soundtrack has reached since A View to a Kill was ranked 38 in the summer of 1985. Daniel Craig has come forward to insist there will never be a gay James Bond - because 007 is not gay. The actor, who takes on the role of the suave British agent in the latest installment Skyfall, was forced to comment after the chemistry between him and Javier Bardem's character Raoul Silva sparked speculation about Bond's sexuality. "The World Is Not Enough" and "Die Another Day" begin with a lot of promise, both have solid elements, and there’s plenty of spectacle, but both ultimately collapse in their respective second halves.

It’s what I expected. Grim, austere imagery, actors attempting to look forlorn, darkly-lit rooms: the SkyFall trailer is virtually a retread of the teaser that appeared in late spring, though cobbled with clips of the new Q and a plot device about Vladimir Putin 007 getting shot off a fast-moving train.

Not as strong as “GoldenEye,” and with a villain that is too arch, "Tomorrow Never Dies" nonetheless boasts outstanding action scenes and a good script.

When is a Bond film not a Bond film? It’s a question likely to prey on the minds of the very many cinema goers who will see this 23rd official 007 adventure. Skyfall shakes together familiar elements of the Ian Fleming canon – the cars, the guns, the exotic locales with the dames to match – into a blistering comic book escapade that the old Bond, and one suspects Fleming too, would find altogether alien.

Before “reboot” entered the pop culture lexicon, there was “GoldenEye.” The movie is one of the absolute best of the entire James Bond series, due in no small part to a terrific character-heavy script from Michael France, Jeffrey Caine, and Bruce Feirstein.

On this day 50 years ago, James Bond became a movie star. The British superspy first hit the big screen on Oct. 5, 1962, when "Dr. No" opened in theaters, introducing Ian Fleming's suave 007 to the masses. Now, a half-century and six Bond actors later, the series is one of the longest running in history, having made $4.9 billion in ticket sales over 22 films. The 23rd Bond movie, "Skyfall," will be released in U.S. theaters on Nov. 9.
