On Tuesday of this week, 22 year-old Casey Brezik waited in the computer lab of Penn Valley Community College in Kansa City where Missouri governor, Jay Nixon, was scheduled to speak. Jackson County prosecutors today charged a student wearing a bullet-resistant vest with slashing the throat of a dean at the Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley just 20 minutes before Missouri Gov.
