  • The WORST Films of All Time (According To You!)

Independence Day. Has to be one my least liked films. The part when Will Smith is kicking the dead alien around in the desert and yelling " you F ing this and you f-ing that" Shouting about how he could have been at a BBQ. Now thats the way a typical jet pilot usually behaves. Yeah right. I suppose I just don't care for Will Smith anyway. Lousy movie IMO

Yes, this was a true incident. That is my wife that called the police dept. I was there ( here ) when she called. The guy had a real attitude. A police officer threatening a person over the phone, just because she has the nerve to ask a question.

This is terribly troubling to me. This is just not right. ( Babbling Boxer ). I'd like to see Condi really unload on Boxer. but I know she has to be cool and polite.

John O'Neill and the swifties and POWs deserve a big thanks for their part in defeating sKerry. Rush, is in this category as well with his support for Bush and exposing sKerry's lies. I was really afraid for our country thinking that the traitor was so close to becoming CNC.

I could not agree more with your opinions on what still needs to be addressed. Most of all, the open border problem and the UN creeps in our country. A war on terror with open borders is just nonsense. It is inviting trouble.

I agree, I also have a MIM Fender strat that plays very nice with a maple fret board. I have not changed the pups yet but thats a must do. the stock pups are too thin sounding and not good at all. I also have a Epiphone Sheraton 2 made in Korea in 95. Plays like a dream. Pups were changed to Gibson 57's, a classic and a classic plus. This is my favorite guitar now. The craftmanship coming out of Korea on these guitars is right up there with the best. Unreal for the low cost. IMHO

A great time was had by all. I concur with all of the reports made so far. I would also like to add my .02 about Ted Hayes. I was about 4 or 5 feet from Ted when he was interveiwed by E- TV, he did an outstanding job of presenting the conservative opinion and is very media savy (sp.?) Some of the other press reporters that were there that I have not seen mentioned were a representative of the Netherlands press. He interviewed a gentleman that was part of our support group, A fella with red hair, but Im sorry, I can't remember his name. He did a fine job of explaining some of our veiws. USA Today was also there, and he took some photos of us and asked some of us for our name, age and city we are from. I managed to get in a plug for FP when telling him I am a Long Beach menber of the Free Republic. Folks, this was one fun day we had. Ron must have a lot of energy, by the end of the day I was too pooped to attend the gathering for dinner. I met a lot of other freepers, Aloha Ron, Ron Dog, Bella Bru, David and many many others. All great people, my apologies to all others that I can't recall just now. Also, there were many other fellow vets. The guy in some of the pictures that is wearin a brown T-shirt and waving a large American flag is currently on active duty in the Army. One other side note. Our group got a lot of thumbs up from the cars arriving for the Oscars. These were the working people in show business, not the limo crowd. One other little side note. You could tell that the police really appreciated the "Supports our Troops" crowd. I overheard one cop telling another, "these people are great, we need more like em". It was really a wonderful day, Just AHHHH-SOME................. 4urdobservr

SHE HAS BEEN FOUND!!!!Thankyou all so much for the prayers. She was found 25 miles from home in a city named Woodhaven. The police found her at about 11 o'clock est. They found her parked in a parking lot at a bank in Woodhaven, Mi. From what my wife tells me this is about 25 miles away from her home in Dearborn Hts. My wife hasnt been home to see her in about 10 years. The last time we were there she was perfectly ok in her mind. About a year ago my wife noticed that her mother was repeating herself and forgetting things alot in their phone conversations. But we didnt understand how much worse she had become until this trip back there and to see her in person. We are going to sell our house here in California and move back there to be near her now. I am already retired and my wife is retiring very soon, so it wont be that big of a deal. Thanks again for all prayers and support. You'll never know how much they are appreciated. Or do you? I believe you do come to think of it. What a relief. sighhhhhhhhh..Jim

Hi tax chick. Ancesthrb gave some very good information. Expense of weapon and ammo can be another consideration depending on the size of your wallet ( or purse ). The M1 Carbine is a nice little gun that has little recoil. Ammunition is plentiful and relatively inexpensive. The AR 15 type weapons are a litle more pricey but the ammo is also plentiful and also inexpensive, even cheaper than the 30 cal. M1 Carbine ammo. The AR 15 is a very accurate rifle once you practce with it a bit, and you should practice shooting with any gun you buy to become familiar with its function and to hit what you're aiming at. One well placed round is worth more than full automatic shot wildly ( or, spray and pray ) as the old saying goes. I hope this helps you

While flying CA missions I remember looking down at the rubble and red earth that was left after you guys finished your thing. You had a thankless and tough job, the iron triangle, hobo woods, Cu Chi tunnel area and many other places that needed your expertise to try and flush charly and to reduce casualties, are not forgotten. Well done bro. Thanks for your service. Jim..11th LIB. 69/70/71 RVN

Thats it in a nutshell, and growing rapidly because our borders are non existent. The vast majority of illegals vote dimwitcrat.( and they do vote ) I think its too late to try to turn it around, I hate to say that but I believe it. All the wishing wont help. BTW I voted Republican all the way. It seems that my vote never is for the winning side, except for GWB. Just my .02
