Well, if you put rose colored glasses on before the “debate” started then you took from it exactly what CNN and the game players wanted you to take from it.

I didn’t see a debate. I saw an ambush. The ambush began well before the so called debate began. I saw one guy set up repeatedly and in the process blatantly stifled. His only choice was to hold on and ride the storm out. I wouldn’t even classify his look as being tired. I saw accepted disgust for what has taken place. I see that look in my own mirror all the time these days. Shocked at what we’ve allowed and how it is so bad there are times you can’t do a damn thing about it so you suck it up reluctantly. I’d also say it was an inner fight going on which included self respect and dignity not to just walk away from all that nonsense. A debate it was not.

It’s a shame he didn’t stop the entire fiasco and point out the obvious. The questions were loaded in Romneys pocket ready to bark out one liners. Had Newt done that the loaded crowd there to cheer Romney on would have pulverized Newt. If the tables were turned I don’t think, scratch that, I know Romney would have probably either had a complete breakdown or been close to tears shocked at how horrid the treatment was. Money allows safety from that type of gruesome treatment. The vile thing engaging the questions worked in blatant tandem with only one guy standing up there.

The media has become so over the top vile in trying desperately to dictate who they want in this thing debates are useless now. Romney is the perfect fool to use. If “they” get what they want out of this whole circus I will be writing in my candidate of choice come Nov. I will definitely be voting and never give that right up but I’ll be damned if I’m going to be controled all the way to the polls.

I’ve been very careful these past 4 years taking care of my family while I’ve watched this country sink to it’s lowest level. I am stunned at what is living in the Whitehouse. As a teenager I had the great fortune of meeting what I consider to be the greatest president of my life time. President Ronald Reagan. That piece of grabage currently in that whitehouse is not even worthy to share the same air space with that great man.

I will endure 4 more years and maybe after that all the lemons will have rotted away and something like what I saw last night will no longer be tolerated and “we the people” will step fwd and finally get this horrific situation back on track.

For the record I give Newt an A for last night. He wasn’t at a debate. It was like watching someone being forced to stand there and have food tossed at them with someone at his side spitting on him. I considered Mitten nothing but a yapping little dog and Sant the benefactor of the “He doesn’t factor in this so let him ramble” award.

God help this country.

I have to tell you that I actually have more than one female friend that I've helped out financially for at least 20 years and my wife is completely unaware of that help. One is a former Sunday School teacher of mine and the other was someone I worked with as a mentor in my early 20’s. I haven't felt the need to disclose that information to my wife as I feel no guilt in both the friendship or the help.

You on the other hand have done exactly what this whole attack was suppose to do. Run to assumption. The alleged salaciousness of it all is to much of a tasty morsel not to chew swallow and regurgitate on then admitting you simply don't know the facts.

There is something about character to be considered and this woman shows up this past week with a very “checkered” past of questionable behavior. It just doesn't add up and in my opinion if he was half the dog you suggest through assumption he would have already pulverized her with the classic he said she said routine and slid in some digs but he keeps saying she was just a friend. Almost trying to protect her as if he knows she may walk a fine line of sanity.

You can take the road to assumption on this one if you like. I'll go with a very odd feeling that she is desperate for money and she's just one of those low life we encounter who would probably sell out her own family for a few pieces of silver if she was very desperate. The one thing I do know is no matter how she presents it she is no friend.
