This is my first post so please excuse me if I screw it up somehow. Anyway, my folks run an impound lot for the feds in So Cal--they tow, store and auction vehicles seized at the border. Since August 1st, they have towed only one vehicle and they said that this was the result of the new seizure laws passed by Congress (which I heartily support!!). Anyway, they were told that no vehicles or property will be impounded even when the driver is caught red-handed with drugs or illegals. I am moderately Libertarian, but many of these people are criminals ...
