Some residents along the East Coast received a false tsunami warning on Tuesday morning after a private company sent out an alert following a monthly test by the National Weather Service. A tweet from the National Weather Service (NWS) in Charleston, South Carolina, said the alert was sent around 8:30 a.m. ET. Many people have been wounded in an attack on a nightclub in Istanbul, Turkey's NTV reports. Footage appears to show a number of ambulances and police vehicles outside the Reina nightclub, in the Besiktas area of the city. NTV says two attackers were involved, with CNN Turk reported they were dressed in Santa costumes.
