Trouble is, I don’t see how this changes anything. If the position is vacant after a temporary assignment expires the district judges choose a replacement. If it’s not Ms Grace then it will somebody even worse. The only way out of these dipwad judges choosing the replacement is if Trump appoints somebody else to fill Habba’s shoes before the assignment ends at 11:59pm Friday night.

And not just through Five Eyes. They’ve been doing it directly here as if there was no prohibition against the CIA doing domestic operations. Then-CIA-director John Brennan and then-DNI James Clapper built a supercomputer and hired Dennis Montgomery to write software to allow that supercomputer to spy on judges, justices, media personalities, and others including Donald Trump in the runup to the 2012 election - for extortion purposes.

Good question. Have to get somebody appointed before 11:59pm on Friday, or this pick will stand. She was supposed to be the deputy under Habba so hopefully she’s decent. But it takes a different kind of person to be the actual prosecutor than to be a deputy. Trump will have to decide what to do. Obviously these judges think the deputy would be less insistent upon justice than Habba.

Sexual abuse victims are victims, yes. Most of them in this case are not willing to pursue justice, probably because they are paid off but possibly because they fear for their lives. For some of them the money is worth more than the justice. The whole thing is sad. There should be justice for these people but it seems like most of them aren’t especially interested.

I’m just saying that there are more costs than just the emotional and physical costs to the sexually-abused victims. We have likely all been robbed, and are being forced to pay the people who are robbing us. There will be no victim’s compensation for us.

If the US intel community (CIA) and its Five Eyes partners are the ones using this knowledge, then there are people who have been killed simply because they posed a threat to those extortionists. I’m never going to be compensated for the murder of my husband., and I consider his murder to be every bit as significant as the sexual exploitations done to these other victims. The families of Seth Rich, Michael Hastings, Andrew Breitbart, Tony Comperatore, etc also count. None of them will receive a dime for what they have suffered. One could say that sexual exploitation is a more profound loss than being murdered or having a family member murdered so it deserves compensation whereas simple murder is chicken feed that happens to lots of people. I’m not sure who would try to make that case though.

What I want to know is who had evidence of any wrongdoing and what they did with that knowledge. I suspect that we the people are the real victims here because of our elected officials being extorted, and instead of getting a payout we’re all instead being charged for the very bullet used to execute us.

My hope is that they are starting in the middle of the conspiracy and working their way to the beginning and the end. Mike Flynn says that a communist cabal planned a 16 year coup - 8 yes of Obama followed by 8 yes of Hillary to finish off the country and turn us communist. Obama openly said he would fundamentally transform the country and create an army of civilians with greater funding and power than the US military. That was right out in the open seditious conspiracy.

To get Obama in office they had to falsify records, threaten the media, and create a totally lawless bureaucracy - all things which then helped to perpetrate the ongoing couo.

Trump got all our attention because in the middle of the censorship and libel of those who saw the problems with the fabricated records, Trump was the only person who would say what we weren’t allowed to say in polite society. For that he was reamed - most notably in Obama’s mocking of him at the Washington Correspondents Dinner right after Leon Panerai seized the opportunity to allegedly kill Osama Bin Laden when Obama needed to divert attention from all the people who immediately recognized his long-form birth certificate as a forgery.

In the near past Trump seemed a bit sympathetic to Obama, as if Obama is a nice guy. But now we see that Trump has been holding his cards close to his chest on Obama. And he’s not gonna forget the mocking he and all thinking people received because the cabal needed to install their ineligible puppet, a foreigner who would do the sedition that natural born citizens wouldn’t so easily be willing to do.

The while stinking course of this coup needs to be exposed, from at least 2007 through the stolen 2020 election and all the Deep State machinations right through their desperate lawfare this very day. The only way America can heal, unite, and move forward is by bringing the seditious conspirators to justice - just as the Nurembourg trials were necessary after the entire German society and government were so radically transformed to commit so many heinous crimes. We are at the exact same point right now, and the only way forward is to excise the whole stinking, putrid cancer.

My guess is the DOJ needs to find a way to try the case outside of either DC or NY, which is why they seem to be going after a conspiracy case. Other reasons for a conspiracy case are that it eliminates problems with statute of limitations and the conspiracy predated Obama’s Presidencies (if they go to the beginning of the overarching conspiracy rather than each small conspiracy plot within the greater scheme, which I absolutely hope and pray they will) so there wouldn’t have to be the questions of whether his actions have either total or qualified immunity.

And she’s not doing it by smoke and mirrors. She’s just plainly stating what the evidence shows. When she said that this should not be a partisan issue at all, but every American should be appalled by these things, she’s saying what so many who, like her, have realized the treasonous nature of the democrats (with the cabal) turned to Trump to solve. In a very real way, she is the voice of the people who turned around to support Trump.

And so far it looks like Trump’s team is starting in the middle of that plot and will hopefully work from there to the beginning of it and to the end of it - from the Coup of 2008 that began this planned takeover of the USA, all the way up to the stolen election of 2020, the real insurrection of J6 to tie the hands of both Trump and all the non-blind people by treating them as terrorists and the last gasps at the present time as the cabal desperately tries to keep all this from coming out and being prosecuted.

This could actually play to our advantage. WSJ may think they can get what they want from this judge so they let it go to trial, forgetting that discovery is a female dog. And if this judge refuses to allow discovery it will be just one more proof that the judiciary is totally broken.

He may have been trying to unite the country. Hillary shared secrets with China and the whole executive branch conspired to let her get away with. Accomplices to the crimes and co-conspirators in the sedition. Now find evidence that they knew Seth Rich gave the Podesta emails to wikileaks and hired a hit man to kill him, and you can say that the seditious conspiracy used physical force to try to overthrow Constitutional governance as well as the force of their offices.

Add dereliction of duty to the fraud enabling them to target a man they knew to be innocent.

You cite the part of the Constitution that describe the legislative branches role in impeachment (Article I) and the part that describes how the executive branch officers can be removed through impeachment (Article II) but you show nowhere that the removal process takes the place of normal law enforcement given to the executive and judicial branches.

Find where the Constitution actually says that and then I will consider whether the judicial decisions have all gotten this wrong all these many years.
