As far as I can tell, Alvin Onaka is still alive. It would be good to subpoena him. There’s another name I could give the DOJ who would, I believe, be EXTREMELY helpful as I believe that person may be the one who put in the various red flags trying to get somebody - anybody - to notice that the HDOH was falsifying records.

For example, somebody at the HDOH went to the extra trouble to put T.H. - Territory of Hawaii - in front of the file number on the State of Hawaii death certificate for Virginia Sunahara. When I mentioned that to Mike Zullo of Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse he wouldn’t even think about that because he said there would be no reason for them to do that. But they very clearly did it so they had a reason and it’s up to us to figure out that reason. The only reason I could think of is to make clear that even though this was a certified record it was a FALSIFIED record - thus showing that the HDOH was certifying falsified records, which would have been huge for things such as overcoming the “presumption of regularity”. Showing that the HDOH itself was corrupted and thus the only evidence to be trusted is the original records themselves, not certified copies or anything uncertified such as the birth index (which I could also show through several different evidence threads was corrupted.

I could give the DOJ a lot of leads about who to talk to and what they are likely to say. But how does a person get their attention?

Yes, Gov Neil Abercrombie said he was going to get to the bottom of the BC issue so it wouldn’t affect the 2012 election. When asked by a reporter about it he said he found something actually written down in the archives. But then he was called up by his long-time friend who asked him about it and he told his friend that there was no birth certificate that he could find. Abercrombie was astonished. And then his friend went on several radio programs and talked about the conversation he had with Abercrombie. Later on he denied that he had talked to Abercrombie but by then the cat was out of the bag.

There is so very, very much that could be said about all of this. But it seems like there are very few people who are willing to even think about it.

It seems to me that Trump’s people are going after all the corruption and crap we’ve seen in the last 2 decades as one great big seditious conspiracy. Mike Flynn has said that there was a 16-year communist plot to take over the US and make it communist - or “fundamentally transform” it, as Obama would say. 8 years of Obama followed by 8 years of Hillary - by which time the whole Constitutional governance would be destroyed and America would be ripe for the revolution. In my thinking, getting to the bottom of that 16-year conspiracy would include all the crimes committed to put into office the Manchurian candidate through whom they would destroy Constitutional governance. I’m hoping that they are starting with the low-hanging fruit - the Russia hoax that we all saw with our own eyes - and then following the seditious thread back to its origin with the installation of ineligible, anti-Constitution puppet Obama and forward to all the lawfare and stolen elections we observe to this very day. Until the whole cabal is exposed and taken out, the public will still believe the lies and America will be divided because we live in parallel worlds - one side in the real world and the other in a world totally fabricated by the traitors and their complicit propaganda machines.

I’m hoping Trump’s people will methodically work their way backwards and forwards until the whole thing is exposed and prosecuted. It’s the only way to get rid of this cancer that is killing us. When that happens all these details that we were all ridiculed for noticing will become very significant. We can’t allow ourselves to forget it all; it’s an important part of the puzzle.

But yes, it does seem like leapfrog. A Spec-Ops friend of mine had intel he obviously couldn’t share with me but assured me that our military is always a few steps ahead of anything that is known publicly. I hope that’s true.

There’s substantial evidence that she was bought by the cartels early on in her career, through houses she supposedly bought but the cartels paid for by using non-existent mortgage companies and title companies and by using corrupted officials to overlook all of that.

The cartels had gotten one of their operatives to marry and have a child with a guy who was doing financial audits for banks and had stumbled across the cartels’ way of buying officials and politicians. The cartels, through Runbeck which did all the vote tabulations, had control of who won elections. They laundered their drug money by using it to buy properties for officials and politicians early in their careers. In exchange for buying those properties in the names of the officials/politicians the cartels promised to get them elected into positions where they would then serve the cartels’ interests.

The guy who investigated said that his wife confessed the whole thing and was going to come clean legally until she was threatened by the cartels. At that time she ran off with their child and would no longer cooperate with the investigation.

IIRC he’s said that more than half of the officials and judges in AZ are owned by the cartels. I really hope that the DOJ has some good financial auditors who can contact this guy and with his aid find out all the details. According to this guy, some states have already worked with him to nab cartel corruption cases. I hope the feds get in on it too; I think it would prove central to a bunch of criminal connections within the government at all levels.

But Brian Schatz was behind another fiasco regarding Obama’s eligibility. The Certificate of Nomination in Hawaii before Obama had included certification of Constitutional eligibility, certification that the candidate was the DNC nominee, and certification that the candidate was the HI Democratic Committee’s nominee. That last one is important, because they had had a case where the Hawaii democrats did not accept the DNC’s candidate, IIRC - so it was put into law that the HI Dem Party had to certify that the candidate was not only the DNC’s candidate but also theirs. It’s required by law.

What happened in 2008 was that at the DNC Convention where Hillary’s PUMA supporters (Party Unity, My A$$) were wanting to raise the issue of Obama’s non-eligibility, the leaders (probably including Nancy Pelosi and Brian Schatz who was the HI Dem Party chair at that time) took several lines out of Hawaii’s Certificate of Nomination to get rid of the language certifying Constitutional eligibility. My theory is they had to do this because Brian Schatz would be liable for perjury if he certified Obama’s eligibility because Schatz had actually been to Kenya earlier in his career so he probably knew the truth.

Also he could not have confirmed eligibility by either Obama or the DOH showing him a valid BC, We now know from the HDOH’s refusal to certify a letter of verification (for Obama’s HI birth facts) that there is no legally valid BC for Obama in HI - which proves that both the short-form and long-form BC’s Obama brought forth were forgeries (because any non-valid BC on file would have to contain stamped words that state the reason for the non-validity: LATE or ALTERED) This tells us that at no time could Obama have presented a valid, certified copy of a birth certificate to ANYBODY (including to the State Dept for a passport). And they all knew that, I’m sure, because the HDOH has confirmed that nobody in the DNC or HI Dem Party even asked to see Obama’s birth record. They all knew there wasn’t one.

(We were told that we didn’t need to see any BC for Obama because his name was in the birth index. I had proof I was going to give Lt Col Lakin’s legal team, showing that the birth index contained names from non-valid BC’s - specifically 2 boys who were adopted so their original BC was voided, sealed, and replaced with a BC under their adoptive names, with the adoptive father listed as the father. But the birth names were in the birth index, and all existence of that record was supposed to be only available through a court order. So we know that the birth index included non-valid names and thus we can’t know the validity of any BC listed in that list. Now, of course, the HDOH’s non-certified letters of verification confirm that there isn’t a valid BC for Obama and yet his name was included on the birth index. Which proves that the HDOH has been lying and manipulating records. Just as I’ve been saying, and as whistleblower Dennis Montgomery has also been saying.)

So they took out the language about Constitutional eligibility because they knew he was NOT Constitutionally eligible and Schatz didn’t want to be vulnerable to perjury charges if anything went wrong. But they apparently did it so suddenly that they didn’t have the computer file to just take out that language and instead had to physically/manually take out 2 lines of text - including the eligibility language but ALSO taking out the legally-required language certifying that this was also the HI Dem Party’s candidate.

IOW, for the sake of taking out the eligibility language to cover Schatz’s butt, they made the Certificate of Nomination legally-deficient to actually certify Obama as the candidate according to HI state law.

It would be pretty easy to prove that all these people are part of a seditious conspiracy to install as President an ineligible person who on behalf of all these seditious belligerents intended to take over the entire govt in the USA and turn the USA communist.

They would have charged her with abortion without a license in that case, unless they just dropped it altogether which is what prosecutors do with crimes that they don’t want anybody to consider a crime, or with people they don’t want anybody to hold accountable to the law.

But for either abortion or infanticide they would have to prove that something was deliberately done to cause the death of the child. In this case we don’t know yet whether the child was killed or died of natural causes.

A decade or more ago, when a girl went into a bathroom and birthed and killed her child and then went out to dance some more, I and a bunch of others said that the logic used to justify abortion would be used to justify infanticide as well. Birth, after all, is basically just a change of location. The child still needs its mother for survival, just like when it was still in the womb. Abortion rhetoric is all about whether the mother wants the child to be alive - weighing the cost, trouble, embarrassment, etc as if those were all justifiable reasons to kill a living child. None of those things changes just with birth. So within that logic, birth doesn’t really change anything. That’s why some abortion advocates say that mothers should have the right to terminate their child up to adulthood. If they have to pay for the child’s care and sustenance they should be able to decide to terminate that responsibility at any time by killing the child. That’s the logic.

Extremely sick logic. Like mentally ill kind of sick. Demonic kind of sick.

Remember that “letter of verification” which the HI DOH sent to Arizona, supposedly verifying Obama’s Hawaii birth?

The AZ SOS’s office says that was destroyed, despite the state law requiring historical records to be retained forever and the lack of any records detailing its destruction. SOS Ken Bennett received the document after telling the HI DOH that he would accept ANYTHING they would send. I dealt with the SOS after him, who claimed that Bennett’s office destroyed the paper record, leaving only a digital copy which doesn’t show the seal.

Unfortunately for them, my colleague took pictures of it before it was destroyed, with a ruler next to it so I could verify that it was actually the Director’s seal (2 1/4” in diameter and containing stars between the upper and lower banks of words on the perimeter). The Director’s seal has to have the director’s signature nearby in order for it to certify anything, and the only signature on the page was the stamped signature of registrar Alvin Onaka.

IOW, that “letter of verification” was not certified, and the only lawful reason for the HDOH to fail to give a certified letter of verification to an eligible requestor is if there is no legally-valid birth certificate. Even if the information requested to be verified was not on a valid birth certificate they would still have to issue a certified verification that they have a legally valid BC and can verify this or that requested info that actually IS on the legally-valid BC. To refuse to certify that they even have a valid BC means that they don’t.

Whoever destroyed that historical record knew this, or they would never have destroyed it. And they didn’t know it until AFTER I had it photographed.

I couldn’t believe it when I saw that Bennett was on the team that was supposed to investigate the integrity of the 2020 election. But I was not surprised to find that he sabotaged that election audit. The guy is crooked as they come.

As you say, only the guilty delete stuff that is required to be kept. And Dominion is not the only election-related entity that has been doing this. The illegal deletions are an admission of guilt, and those who did them need to be deposed so they can be charged with perjury for lying about what they knew, if nothing else.

And insofar as these actions have been done as part of a seditious conspiracy, the statute of limitations starts all over with each new act within that seditious conspiracy. So none of this is outside the statute of limitations to be investigated and prosecuted, even now.

That’s what I wonder. It seems like they would have charged her with more than just concealing the birth of an infant if she just trashed a live baby. Also, did they say how old the baby was? If so, I don’t remember reading it (and I did read the entire article) I wonder if she could have miscarried and didn’t know what to do with the remains.

I was with an elderly guy who doesn’t do computers so he has to rely on cable news networks for information. He hates Trump and said that Trump wants to do away with elections. I wondered where the heck he got that from. But now Rosie’s talk reveals where all that garbage is coming from. Trump told an evangelical Christian audience that they wouldn’t ever have to vote again if they just voted this time. This was shortly after the Barna Group (?) had polled and found that large chunks of evangelicals don’t vote because they consider it to be about worldly affairs and they don’t care about worldly affairs. He was addressing a group he believed to be loathe to vote, and describing that this one time it is imperative to vote. But the left interpreted it to mean “You WON’T BE ABLE TO VOTE AGAIN if you just vote this time (because I’m going to get rid of elections).”

This elderly man was not able to distinguish between what Trump actually said (and the most likely reason for it) and what the left twisted it to mean because they left out critical context. And he uses this as a reason to say that Trump is a tyrant who should have been killed by the assassin.

He repeats the “54 felonies” stuff without realizing that at this time Tulsi Gabbard is bringing forward evidence that all the lawfare against Trump was actually a criminal conspiracy and that talking about Trump’s “54 felonies” is, for most people, a reminder of how lawless the leftist coup plotters have been. He doesn’t know any of this because the leftist media lies by omission ALL THE TIME. He probably has no idea that the gal who targeted Trump for the supposed mortgage fraud (Tish james) has actually committed mortgage fraud on legal documents by claiming to be married to her father, by claiming that a 5-family unit is only a 4-family unit, and by saying that 2 different houses outside of New York are her primary residence while being NY DA requires her to have a primary residence in NY. The leftist media doesn’t want him to know that so he doesn’t know it.

But at least Rosie’s rant helped me figure out what the heck this guy was talking about.

Somebody should get a housekeeping job for this judge, do a terrible job - maybe even breaking stuff in his house so that the judge takes losses for having them at his house - and then when the judge tries to fire them, sue him saying that he is their only client so him firing them causes “irreparable harm”.

And then some other judge should use his own precedent to say that this housekeeper has to be hired for life, can never be fired for any reason.

If all they have to do is claim that being fired causes “irreparable harm”, then all they’d have to do is show that relocating them also causes “irreparable harm”. The whole issue is whether the federal government HAS to keep the gravy train rolling once it has ever started, because any time they stop it, it will cause someone “irreparable harm” - which, to this judge, is all it takes to force the government to keep paying out.

One of the teens involved in the mk ultra plot to create prostitutes from Boys Town in Omaha, NE, in order to extort federal lawmakers retained some of his memories somehow and was able to lead an investigator to a place where children were apparently trafficked, judging by the writings on the wall and the equipment left there.

NE state senator John DeCamp wrote a book about that plot because his military buddy who became CIA director told him the CIA would kill him if he didn’t shut up about it. The book was to remove the possibility of stopping the exposure by killing him.

U can’t wait for the lawsuits from women saying this “health information nonprofit” misinformed them by failing to say that using this after 12 weeks could result in giving birth to an intact baby that they have to watch die and dispose of.

This perp was obviously mentally ill. Newsome would probably say the illness came from people not accepting that he is a she.

But in the “manifesto” he says he knows he’s not a woman but doesn’t feel like a man. In years past, when gender dysphoria was considered by the American Psychological Association to be a mental illness, he would have received counseling that tried to get at the root of his struggles. Maybe the transsexuality caused his violence or maybe something else caused both his transsexuality and his violence and other really wrong stuff going on in his head. But nobody knows for sure until it is checked out.

But right now, because of leftists within psychology, media, and government, psychologists are more likely to try to get a person like this to “accept that they are normal” rather than to get to the bottom of what is causing their pain and psychosis. It’s sort of like if the scientific community decided that cancer is just natural and we shouldn’t judge (or treat) people who have cancer. And whenever somebody died of cancer the whole society would say it was such needless death, caused by those who “judge” people who were born to have cancer.

It’s a matter of not understanding correlation and causation. It’s the same thing as saying that all thefts are because of poverty, instead of looking at all the factors and saying (for instance) that the same issues that caused the poverty (fatherlessness, drugs, promiscuity, etc) also caused the mental conditions to make theft morally acceptable. It’s just easier to jump to easy but non-scientific (and non-accurate) conclusions.

People like Newsom, according to their words, consider the violence to come from feeling judged by others, like the Catholic Church or Republicans. They don’t consider that a lot of us feel judged by the left and yet we don’t go out and shoot up the people we feel judged by. When the feelings about somebody else’s opinions of us are justification to kill them, we’re sick. People like Newsom are fine with calling this perp mentally ill, but just like the dangerous fake “compassion” of calling cancer natural, good, and to be accepted rather than treated, by being too “nice” to actually care about real causes, they deny mentally ill people real understanding and TREATMENT.

Boasberg and other judges were setting an obstruction of justice trap for Trump. Their intentions were clear when at a meeting of judges Boasberg said his colleagues wanted him to tell Chief Justice Roberts that they were afraid Trump would just ignore their orders. And then after that at least Boasberg issued orders to Trump (that he obeyed) which the SCOTUS overturned with a smackdown of Boasberg. IOW, they said they feared Trump would not obey judicial orders and then they gave unlawful orders just daring him to not obey them. Instead he appealed them and got the legal clarification necessary.

The result of that is that we have SCOTUS rulings that smack down these rogue judges AND by the judges ignoring the SCOTUS rulings it is very clear just who are the lawless ones, and it’s not Trump.

In the case of Abrego Garcia Judge Xinis set a similar trap, where Trump’s people were required to continuously report exactly what they were doing to bring Abrego Garcia back even though SCOTUS had already said that Xinis had overstepped her bounds because she has no authority to interfere in the Chief Executive’s diplomacy with other nations. But she was loudly saying she was gonna hold Trump’s people in contempt even though she had been rebuked by SCOTUS for her demands. So - again - an obstruction of justice trap. The only way El Salvador could send a terrorist back to the US was if it was extradition to face criminal prosecution. So the DOJ filed charges against Abrego Garcia for human trafficking, which allowed El Salvador to extradite him back to the US. The result of all of this is that normies are seeing just how lawless these judges are and how far they will go to ensure that an MS-13 human trafficker never sees justice.

I hope and believe that the Trump administration is aiming to either let the judicial system work and correct these belligerent judges OR document in full view that the government has been taken over by belligerents. Basically to say that the seditious conspiracy to get rid of Trump was actually much more than that; when the whole story is exposed it will be seen as a conspiracy to destroy the US and make her communist, and the belligerents are in every branch and level of government.

IOW, I believe they are going after the whole cancer, not just trying to not appear stupid to the brainwashed masses.

Our immigration law allows the Attorney General to decide that a deportable illegal alien (IOW, somebody already found deportable through the legal process, as was Abrego Garcia) is a threat to our national security. When that is done, the person in question is not ELIGIBLE to be retained in the US because he/she fears the place they will be deported to. MS-13 has been designated as a terrorist organization. The man has symbols for MS-13 tattooed on his knuckles, the father of the children in Abrego Garcia’s girlfriend’s household applied to get custody of the children because he feared Abrego Garcia who he said was a gang member, Abrego Garcia’s girlfriend applied for a restraining order because he was beating her and their child, and he illegally drove across the country on an expired MD driver’s license (that was only valid in MD) to traffic illegals.

This guy had his due process already. Whatchu talkin’ about, Willis?

They were able to bring him back because El Salvador will extradite people who are charged with crimes in the US. The only way to get him back was to charge him with a crime, so they did - human trafficking.

If Abrego Garcia or any of his lawyers had at least a half-brain between them all, he would self-deport to the nearest country without an extradition treaty with the US. And then he would bring to him whatever of his family he actually wants to have with him.

Somebody - any of these judges, if not his own legal counsel (Boasberg’s daughter’s company? cough, cough) - should tell him that if the Attorney General rules that he is a danger to the people of the US (keeping in mind that he is a member of MS-13 which has already been declared to be a terrorist organization), he isn’t even eligible to claim he’s afraid to go to a different country. Our immigration laws say that Americans come first; if you are a danger to us, we don’t care if you think you’re in danger if we send you somewhere else. If you’re a threat to us, you take what you get.
