Once the GOP makes it clear that they will go against the Pro-Life plank of it's platform there will be no turning back. Once they start supporting Pro-Abortion candidates then there is no more bench mark of differentiation between the GOP and the DNC and they lost the rights to the most important argument for being Pro-Life is we protect life and the unalienable rights of our citizen and especially those people that have no voice and can not defend themselves. Once again it is not Conservatives who are at fault here. It is the GOP’s lack luster support on Conservative Issues that is at fault and is keeping them from being control right now and being the majority in all three houses. It is RINOism that is responsible for Republican loses. It always has been and always will be. Consevativism gave us Ronald Reagan as President for two terms and it was Conservatism that gave us control of both Houses of Congress in 1994. It was Conservatives voting that gave us the Presidency and control of both Houses of Congress under George W. Bush.

It was Bob Dole’s record and his running away from that conservative message and model that lost us the election in 1996 to a scandal ridden gigolo with bad policy issues. It was John McCain that lost us the election in 2008 because he had never embraced conservatism during his tenure as a career politician. As a matter of fact he went out of his way many times to make war on it to just to grandstand. The MSM and the liberal left loved John McCain because of it. It was John McCain’s fault for losing an election to a Nobody, Socialist, Community Organizer that barely had 2 years experience as a Senator. The reason John McCain would not go after Obama on his socialist past and socialist views was because of his own liberal progressivism would become an issue and because if he did then John McCain would find himself in the spot light for being a hypocrite because of his own stances on those issues. What do Bob Dole and John McCain both have in common that both managed to lose the independent vote, which we had sown up in 1994, because of their lack of a conservative message and their complete lack of a direction and vision to move our country forward. And because of their track records and lifeless messages it cost them and us the election by losing the majority of the Independent vote and the percentage of the Democrat vote that would have pushed them past the edge into office. And I am not going to sit back and let you rewrite election history and villainized conservatives as the reason for RINO politicians negligence and malfeasance in running their failing inept campaigns to get elected so you can somehow justify your support for a Liberal, Progressive, Republican candidate in Mitt Romney.

In 1994 the GOP ran on serious Conservative platform and guess what lies4Mitt we took control of both houses for the first time in 40 years. Not only that we got the majority of the Independent vote alone with a percentage of the Democrat vote. And after the 1994 Conservative Revolution giving us a majority in both Houses the Democrats were running scared and were defecting right and left to join the Republican Party because they saw just how effective Conservative ideas had in energizing the nation’s voters. Conservativism wins every time it is tried.

But then we got a Republican President in office after 8 years of Clinton and at one point control of both Houses Of Congress what did the GOP do with that power we gave them the gave us a Ted Kennedy written educational bill, expansion of Medicare, watered down bills that even some Democrats didn’t have a problem voting for because they knew that had no teeth and were just lip service, TARP, nothing done on securing our borders on effectively keeping terrorists from crossing over, not dealing with illegal immigration, nothing done on fixing Social Security, getting rid of government waste and not this baseline budgeting crap what might be spent, nothing on the federal deficit and getting monetary house in order, and nothing on energy policy in making our nation energy independent, a turn coat Supreme Court Judge that when it really mattered the most in Up-Holding the Constitution turned his back on it and open up multi avenues for future shredding of the US Constitution all because he want to enshrine his own legacy in history that he ruled in favor of Obama-Care= Romney-Care. When we finally had the chance to really ram home conservative principles and make conservative policy that would have put our economy back on track getting rid of governmental largesse that would have fired up our economic engine, Tax Reform , Pro-Life issues, and Tort Reform it didn’t happen. What ensued was they did not want to confront the hard decisions and in the name of Presidents Bush’s New Tone they ran away from those political confrontations and relinquished their sworn responsibilities stetting aside their principles and setting the stage for an Obama election. And John McCain was a big part of that.

Once again it is about having principles and sticking to those principals regardless how hard the fight is going to be. Without them you will be defeated every time because you do not have any moral authority in convincing the American Public that you have a winning game plan. All you are doing with your phony boogie man scheme of demonizing Conservatives is giving aid and confront to the enemy and sowing more distrust and discord with the voting public. And I for one am not going to sit by and let you get away with destroying it and so you can feel justified in selling out Conservatism for a Liberal Progressive Republican candidate. If you can’t make the case for Mitt on his own track record alone without the villivaction of Conservatives then you never had a chance to begin with. Because every time you scarf ice your principles and your morals by forsaking God and his commandments for political expediency you are not just throwing your own freedoms and liberty but trampling your fellow citizens as well. It is truly a shame how many people have lost sight of God’s holy convictions and conservative principles for the sake of political expediency in thinking that some how Man can solve these problems.

Once we forsake God and his commandments we nothing more than beasts subject to our own lusts for power with no moral compass. I am well grounded in my conservative beliefs and in my principles of Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness as laid in our Bill Of Rights, The Constitution, and our Declaration of Independence and I understand what the Declaration is saying in that “The US Declaration of Independence states that God Himself bestowed our rights and liberties upon us. The entire American political experiment is based on that unique premise. No other bulwark exists to safeguard the natural rights of human beings except Divine sanction. Remove God, and you also remove all claims to liberty, rights, meaning and purpose.” Tell me where it says “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” which one of those truths are you willing to sacrifice so that you can attain your political goals while making slaves of those who have no voice and can not defend themselves making sure that all are created Un-Equal so your political ideology can reign supreme and you will somehow later fix all that. Right keep on believing that lie because once in power they will go to any lenghts in making sure they stay in power. When voting for Un-Principled liberals whether Republican or Democrat it always has disastrous consequences for the freedoms for our entire Republic.

And just how are you going to deal with Romney once he is in power? Threaten him with a recall if he doesn’t start behaving like a conservative? Threaten to not vote for him for re-election? You can’t withhold money from him he is already bought and paid for. Threaten him with a third party candidacy run? Just which of those options are you going to use to deal with Mitt? When it comes to smaller government Mitt is out to lunch again with Romney Care which is Obama Care so how can you be anti federal imposed mandates and smaller government but you are willing to support state imposed mandates and bigger government intrusion in our lives? How long before Romney State Care becomes Romney Federal Care so that nation wide standards can be imposed?

So what country would Mitt be really happy being after America has transformed by Obama’s Socialist success? Geroge H Bush blew his election chances ever before the election got started with "Read My Lips" and then he raised taxes. You need to look around everyone who was there for those elections knows exactly how it went down. Newt had everything set up for Bob Dole. All he had to do was take the hand off and run 10 yards into the endzone for the TD. But he could not even do that right. Dole was running against Slick Willy Clinton that was scandal ridden and his only accomplishment was he was forced to sign a Republican welfare reform bill yet what did Dole do he fumbled over and over again. There was no conspiracy of purists busting Dole balls about not being conservative enough. He could not close the deal with the American Public pure and simple. We as conservatives were doing everything we could and he went out everyday and dropped the ball and found himself getting beat by a lying do nothing president. It was Dole who could not manage to get the independent vote.

It was not the conservatives that lost the election of 2008 it was John McCain. It was McCain that could not close the deal with the Independents or the American Public. McCain did everything he could to sink his own ship from not going after Obama on his Socialist past, his socialist ideas, disappearing for weeks on the campaign trail for a TARP vote, to endorsing Obama as a good president if elected. Tell me what conspiracy of purists made McCain blow his own election? If it wasn't for the Conservatives coming out and voting because of Sarah Palin it would have been a landslide defeat. I know in times like this I have always turned to music to take away the sadness. Something about the music seems to pull the emotion out me touching the cords in my soul, causing me to think of the good times, and then it pulls the sadness from me. For me it is like some sort of symbiotic odyssey that makes me embrace the pain while at the same time releasing it. That is the best way that I can explain it. Oddly enough it is when I write some of my best music. It can hard with a delicate dynamic or soft with a cutting edge, or just hard, or just a flowing rhythm but that is just how it happens. I always get real metaphorical with the lyrics which can be quite surprising when I look at it the next day. I tend to go yen and yang with the music as I listen to it but hey that is what works for me.

His latest couple of rants were pretty good then I started going down the line and earlier blogs entries began weaving all over the place and in some places it went right off the rails. He has a couple of good ones but the other things he wrote just overshadow them so much making one wonder what he really believes in.

As far as the others hitting on him because he is a blogger and posted on FR I could care less about that. Ever now and then you run across someone who is thinking outside the box and making a difference in their community and are good reads that give you pause to think about. Not much at all. Actually pretty lame. When you start confusing fact with fiction e.g. “Richard Dawkins”, “Wall of separation of church and state”. etc... you lose all credibility. That is your biggest problem.

How about actually take the time to learn what the wall of separation of church and state letter was all about and stop regurgitating the same tried old liberal mantras of ignorance on the subject. Same with evolution.

Plus you really need to take some courses, or gets some books and learn it yourself, on economics and differing governing ideologies in understanding the true differences between all the “ism's”. Then suggesting that voting Republican will cure all ills is just wrong. There are many republicans who are progressives and Progressivism is bad for our country. And these progressives are heading our country in the wrong direction as much as democrats and other liberal organizations. So just don't vote because there is an R, D, I, C, S, or L, etc.. in front of their name. Take the time to know what your true core beliefs and principles are and then find out if the person your voting for stands up for those so choose wisely. Learn what a person's voting record is and what they have said and done in the past so you know what they stand for before voting. Be informed.

Then there is the cross-sectioning of Libertarianism, Progressivism, athesim, with a sprinkeing of Conservatism. You need to pick one because they do not work well together and ends up developing way to much hypocrisy when you combine them and try to govern by and live that kind of life. Your are constantly sacraficing one for the other in trying to govern or live by which leads to totally inequality and less freedom for ever one.

One other thing if you don't believe we need God as in the God of the Holy Bible, the Son of God, Jesus, who sacrificed his life for our salvation, you need to really rethink why you believe in America? Because without God there would be no moral laws that our society could abide by. It is God where we get our right and wrong from not man. With out God who is to say that murdering despots such Stalin, Hiltler, Pol Pot, Mal Tse-tung,..etc are wrong? What standard would you use? Well guess what God set the standard in his laws for governing which if you go back and really look at what our Founding Fathers said and wrote you would see they were very Christian and because of that we have the Free Republic of governance that we live freely in today. Our inalienable rights were bestowed on us by our Creator "God". So if you believe in America you need to set down do some serious rethinking and studying on what you actually believe that makes us a civil society and a free nation.

Read this and really study it: The US Declaration of Independence states that God Himself bestowed our rights and liberties upon us. The entire American political experiment is based on that unique premise. No other bulwark exists to safeguard the natural rights of human beings except Divine sanction. Remove God, and you also remove all claims to liberty, rights, meaning and purpose.

Then once you grasp it Learn It, Live It, Love It. Because it is the only way you will ever have to actually being free.

Well bottom line is this in this election America has a really big gut check coming up. Do you really think the Founding Fathers of this country, who fought a revolution for freedom, who put their lives and families lives on the line that if captured would be put to death, would be arguing about voting for the lesser of two evils or do you think they would be leading the fight to say “No!” not any more to this monstrosity that American Government has become. As far as WH-13 and Futrerama goes I tuned out long ago and am not interesting is watching every again.

Falling Skies has that potential to be a super hit. If they go all out and and pit humanity, fighting for freedom and liberty from being enslaved by the overlords, against the aliens in an blood and guts battle for the future then it will be a hit.

If they go the PC route of trying to appease everybody then it will bomb. So we will see how it goes. I really hope they highlight the WWII scenario of appeasement versus all out war for freedom here. It could be one of SciFi’s best shows of the century if they can stay out of PC territory and really showcase the sacrifice that human-beings are willing to take to be free.

One other thing I hope they let the Seychelle Gabriel find her faith again and show that God is really out there. In the first season I found her character really refreshing from all the other scifi shows that have been badly produced of late. Having a person of faith really shakes things up in a scifi world.
