Once the GOP makes it clear that they will go against the Pro-Life plank of it's platform there will be no turning back. Once they start supporting Pro-Abortion candidates then there is no more bench mark of differentiation between the GOP and the DNC and they lost the rights to the most important argument for being Pro-Life is we protect life and the unalienable rights of our citizen and especially those people that have no voice and can not defend themselves. That all men are created equal you know that Declaration of Independence thingy they dont want to deal with anymore because of Mitts Pro-Abortion stance. There will be no where the GOP can turn because they are now guilty of shredding the Constitutional rights of the people and are ok with freely throwing other peoples lives away for political expediency. It would seem they are Ok with death panels just so long as it is not Obamas death panels.
Bottom line is they cant defend Mitt based on his record how in the heck are they going to convince the rest of the American public to vote for him? Spin just does not go as far as it used too so the best they can do is run the old canard of quadrennial Dire Emergency but the only problem is they are pitting one liberal progressive agenda up against another liberal progressive agenda making 4 year scare factor moot.
You are so right on that they can not even trot out the argument of What about Supreme Court Nominations because it doesn't hold any water because of Mittlers own track record.
