Although I'm normally mostly a lurker, I decided to share this wonderful experience with my fellow freepers: Wednesday, 21 July, 2004: We attended The President's Dinner and Fundraiser for President Bush, held at the Washington DC Convention Center. The Dinner was organized by the RNC and over 10,000 people attended. President Bush delivered an optimistic speech amidst roaring applause and several standing ovations. An impressive 23 Million Dollars was raised through this event.

While driving home tonight around 10pm CST, I heard some Conservative Talk Radio host mention that Bill Clinton was boo-ed off the stage somewhere. Clinton had supposedly criticized President Bush. Unfortunately I did not hear the whole story. I don't know who the Radio host was. The last words I heard were: "I bet you won't see this one on TV, they will cut it out of the report." Does anybody know the details of this event and/or can confirm its accuracy?

Tune in to C-Span to watch a Conservative Talk Show being aired on TV. I am amazed at the strong conservative, pro-Christian statements I've heard so far on the show. A breath of fresh air.
