    Following Rock County Sheriff Eric Runaas' advice, the county board voted 22-4 Thursday night to oppose a measure before the state Legislature that would permit the carrying of concealed weapons. Three supervisors were absent. District Attorney David O'Leary also urged the board to send a message to legislators.
