A couple or so years ago, I started saving my loose change to donate to the Freepathon. It was simply a matter of removing some of my loose change each Sunday eve, and putting it aside. The total seemed to come to $30 or so -- sometimes less and sometimes more. The point is that it was a painless way to make a donation, and the benefit would be all of us. Today is the first anniversary of the death of one of Free Republic's most loved and respected Freepers. BC was only 42 when he died suddenly from a heart attack.
