You may want to study up on the history of labor unions during the war.

Some were agitators, and some included saboteurs.

    There were strikes.

It embarrassed the Democrats and the war effort ... but it was the Democrats and communists’ agitators.

And where were George W. Bush and the GOPe aka GOP elite aka Republican Party Hair Club for Men?

It’s 2014, six years later, and the Republican Party has yet to stand up against the leftist extortionists and tyrants -AND- against the banksters who profited because of the TARP.

It’s 2014, six years later, and homosexual marriage is now the norm; and homosexual activity is taught in public schools as the norm.

It’s 2014, six years later, and the Republican Party has abandoned social conservativism and conservatives -— to the extent that, the GOPe bash conservatives in public.

The Republican Party and the Rich Liberal Democrats “Party” are one and the same, except for such dry, minute differences over deal-making, that particularly the Republican candidates (Romney is still in the news, and now Jeb Bush wants to be President) ... market as big issue differences with Democrats.

The differences between the Democrat Party elite and the Republican Party elite, are almost entirely regarding business deals; to the point that, the only reason there is a Republican Party candidate for whom a conservative might vote, has much more to do with the ability of grass roots efforts to get a conservative on a ticket -— there being ALMOST NO SUPPORT AT ALL from the Republican Party national committee and so many GOP elitists.

Obama is a disaster. The leftists, liberals, and now Palace Media (yes - they used to be the liberal media, but now they echo so often the praises of their lord and master known as The One - Obama) ... are more than ever dedicated to morally bankrupting and battering away at standards of decency, such that rot in government is now widely systemic, and you could say the same for the elite executive “suits” whose neo-capitalism is so phony it is now called crony-capitalism.

Imagine, it’s 2014, six years later, and well-paid suits are *AGAINST* free enterprise -— rather, they would have a multitude of special arrangements with government, to affect deals ala fascism.

Interest rates are near zero, because all that decay has caused such a lack of resistance to government regulations, that free enterprise struggles to breathe -— at every turn, an entrepreneur is at least admonished, if not punished, for failure to meet national socialization quotas in the workplace (in professional sports, this is ignored except when it comes to homosexual behavior which is widely championed on the airwaves).

Yes, moms and dads, in six years from when Obama gets elected President of the United States, your kids are confronted by a nation of fascism and sadism ... and “the Republican leadership” are silent about that.

While conservatives and Christians are routinely bashed and held in contempt by entertainment media including regular TV programming scripts.

That is so common, that literally millions of people now turn to Christian TV channels, in order to get some kind of a break from the national socialist effort to impose cultural anarchy and throw God and country into Stalin’s wake.

By the way, health care is being nationalized, and 2014 was the last year that the average person could see the doctor of their choice. Several family doctors have quit, and more are expected to quit. The average monthly insurance premium for an individual is around $750 ... and the “best and brightest” of well-paid “suits” in executive-dom and in government, wonder why there are fewer people in the stands at sports events, and fewer people who can afford to pay car and house payments.

As many people are using up their savings, after which there will be wide-spread destitution, because the largest industry is quickly becoming real estate, funded by central bankers’ (”banksters”) theories.

Since 2008, central bankers have printed money in the trillions. This mostly ends up in the hands of the banksters and politically-correct-and-connected real estate titans and tycoons (some, being REIT’s).

In other words, the economy is forced, not naturally occurring.

In a nutshell, the TARP led to an enormous dependence upon more and more free money from central banks, which was used to pump up prices, while value remained well below. The banksters and government are pararlyzed with fear of economic collapse -— the sudden decline of prices to match value.

*THAT* has led to economic situations that, instead of seeing values increase, THE OPPOSITE IS OCCURRING, and the value of assets are in dramatic decline:

    -gold
    -silver
    -oil
    -other resources

Yes, that’s right. The government and so many elitists’ notions of maintaining price levels and claiming (absurdly) that “there’s little to no inflation” ... has caused the Kitchen Price Index (what individuals and families pay for goods and services) to rise ... and the price of assets to fall.

Because the answers to problems from the left, and from the GOPe, are that government should BOTH:

    regulate more
    spend more

    Huh? You say.

Yes. It’s the bright idea of the Republican Party, that there SHOULD BE what is now called ObamaCare - the national health insurance fiasco that is killing the incredible success of the American medical effort and turning it into what you could call, grime.

And no, it’s not a great idea to move to Canada, because in Canada, there is no longer a semblance of freedom of speech ... same for the United Kingdom, where you can be arrested for standing on a street corner, reading excerpts from the works of Winston Churchill.

Thanks for posting this witness statement.

It does seem that Michael Brown was running out of steam. He was, up to his turning around, bleeding badly from his right thumb wound (this type of wound is notorious for high blood loss - some people will pass out within a few seconds after such a wound). He was also partially (at least) under some drug influence. His run away from the police SUV has been described as anything but running - rather, he was not well-coordinated at it nor moving rapidly.

Since leaving the immedate locale of the police SUV, Police Officer Darren Wilson had been trying to do his duty: Stop and apprehend Michael Brown. Police Officer Darren Wilson had yelled at least twice, for Michael Brown to Stop and Get Down!

After the first 2 shots fired in the vicinity of the SUV, and up to the last 4 shots fired by Police Officer Darren Wilson, among all the other shots fired, the shots that struck Michael Brown were winging Michael Brown. Whether Darren Wilson is such a good shot or not, these shots make an argument for Darren Wilson trying to get Michael Brown to just plain stop.

Among the witness statements, are observations that Michael Brown extended his arms out to his sides, probably just after a shot by Police Officer Darren Wilson, that grazed Michael Brown’s (inside) right arm just above the elbow. It’s a particularly sensitive area that often gets a person’s attention, and it probably got Michael Brown’s attention, finally, causing Michael Brown to initiate his turn about with arms out and saying “Okay. Okay” (at least twice).

Michael Brown apparently attempted to use his un-wounded hand - to support himself at a point in this turn, and that hand may have momentarily touched the ground.

As he came around in his turn, Michael Brown was unable to maintain his footing while he raised his hands the 1 to 2 seconds (the witness you cite), during which time his palms were toward Police Officer Darren Wilson.

    But *that* did not last.

Michael Brown, losing power and self-control and probably some concious-ness, also lost control over his countenance -— which happens to people on the verge of exhaustion.

Michael Brown’s face became contorted (and *that* alarmed Police Officer Darren Wilson). Michael Brown began to stumble in the direction of the police SUV, and his hands changed posture from palms forward ... to fists ... and then his left arm dropped (more steam lost), and his left hand snagged his waistband.

Police Officer Darren Wilson appeared to some witnesses, to back up a little, but this witness whom you cite says that Police Officer Darren Wilson side-stepped. The empty .40 cal casings on the lawn, support that.

At the moment of Michael Brown’s losing self-composure, at the tail-end of his turning around to face the direction from which he’d sort-of run, Michael Brown did not then apparently have the energy left to do, other than the arm and hand movements, anything more than an effort to get his feet under him -— his center of gravity was too far ahead of his feet, and he was, it seems, on his way down.

When, given everything that Police Officer Darren Wilson had been thru, one may theorize then, and there, was a split-second for Darren Wilson’s mind to determine: Is Michael Brown in control of his faculties or not? Darren Wilson might have taken a greater risk, by stepping further to the side, in order to see if Michael Brown was making a crash landing or actually headed for Darren Wilson?

It’s a timeframe too short and too late, when Police Officer Darren Wilson has a duty to -— after all that had transpired -— to both, stop Michael Brown and defend himself.

It would be rare and super-human, for an individual to be able to detect that at the last, Michael Brown’s momentum toward the ground, was not directed at Darren Wilson ... but at the ground.

It would be rare and super-human, for Police Officer Darren Wilson to be able to detect Michael Brown’s intention to stop *despite* Michael Brown’s loss of self-control.

How was Darren Wilson supposed to sense that Michael Brown had finally taken a decision to comply ... but actually could not because of draining “battery power?”

After the fact, yeah, Police Officer Darren Wilson could have stepped further to the side and “just let things happen.” Oh, look, Michael Brown just crash landed ... but, there was not, at the end of Michael Brown’s motions, enough to support Michael Brown’s intention to surrender -— his brief 1 to 2 seconds of arms up, palms out toward the SUV, had failed and devolved into another formation like fists preparing to crash to the ground, and then his left arm fell and its hand snagged his waistband.

In the residue of events at the police SUV, where Police Officer Darren Wilson certainly had reason to defend himself, and those events were fresh -— not a quarter mile away nor 10 minutes back in time -— the very last, tragic countenance, motions, and posture of Michael Brown, could not safely be determined to be a compelling act of surrender.

Police Officer Darren Wilson did his duty in accordance with his training.

Whether or not the shooter is/was a police officer, the shooter did not properly wait to determine if the boy was a threat.

Even if you are a police officer, you *do* have to wait, you *do* have to determine if a person with a gun in their hand is gesturing threateningly, and/or making sounds or speech (of some form) that is threatening, and/or acting in a direction - on a vector with weapon raised - to do harm.

Give every NASA scientist $50. Send them to local pubs.

There, the dart board will have a dust-covered diamond as the center.

Let the scientists see who can throw their dart and get it to stick in the diamond.

    Nobody?

OK, sell NASA to India, or maybe Fiji.

Before one of these ‘probes’ lands on something, sticks its tool into a sleeping asteroi-nat, which then sniffs its way back along the lengthy ten-year path thru the cosmos ... to earth. Also, “bzzz” -ing all the time, to the delight of some space sleuths, but otherwise pretty much starting a 10-year global panic.

The leftists will be screaming GLOBAL WARNING!

The GOPe will disregard everybody and everything except the golf course.

Obama’s order is a socialist ethnic relocation pogrom.

He will be - thru HUD - ordering where you can live.

He turns the principle of enumeration of powers on its head. YOUR rights are narrow and specific technicalities; for example, you own your property, but his radical leftist government owns all other and your rights.

You, technically, have some ownership -— it says on some piece of paper -— but otherwise, his government claims all rights and powers over you.

You are now a serf, to be ordered to wherever Obama says or writes.

So the Constitution of the current government, is that the President writes out a law, and the Congress either agrees or attempts to stop him with words.

Tomorrow, Obama may reverse any number of Supreme Court decisions.

Next week, Obama may outlaw opposition to global warming.

The Palace Media are certainly not going to stop him.

It’s forced migration, whether immigration or migration, it is forced upon one ethnic group or culture, or upon another ethnic group or culture.

No different than the socialist pogroms of Stalin and Hitler.

Obama admits that our country “doesn’t matter” ... but what matters to him, is what he, by the stroke of the pen, will make.

So our country is taken over by Obama, who can order people to live where he wants them or leave from where he does not want them.

There is no border, no boundary beyond his reach -— except at the Bush compounds where Americans opposed to illegal alien activities are termed by by Bush as “vigilantes.”

While Beltway insiders fuss over the fence around Obama.

    11/20/2014 4:33:29 PM PST · 28 of 62
    First_Salute to Kaslin

Obama-Gruber’s perception of himself, is that he can act, and he will act, until some political body, some political force, stops him.

Obama-Gruber is self-authorizing himself to have the power to order the migration of people based upon their race, upon their ethnic background.

He is giving himself the power to order people of any race, any ethnicity, to be relocated to wherever he pleases.

The principle of enumeration of powers, he has discarded.

Obama-Gruber cannot yet win the fine point, that YOU may own “your” property, but his “pen” has been ordering that the government *effectively* take over your ownership rights in all areas of what you can do with your property.

He is becoming a dictator, and the spineless GOPe - Bush, Romney, et al - are afraid of him.

On this day that Obama-Gruber makes himself dictator, Bush is book signing, and Romney is sending out e-mails asking for more money for the spineless GOPe.
