CLEVELAND(AP) -- The city of Cleveland confirmed Tuesday that an employee at a city water treatment facility has contracted legionnaire's disease. Cuyahoga County Health Commissioner Timothy Horgan said that there is no indication of other cases at the facility, and there is no risk to the 300,000 people who drink water treated at the Crown Water Works in Westlake, west of the city.
