    THOMAS - Authorities Friday held a 15-year-old on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill. Deputies arrested Brandon T. Harris on Friday afternoon in Thomas, and were holding him as an investigation into events surrounding the early Thursday shooting continued. Ryan Redbird, 16, was shot at the Nite Owl Motel, said Custer County Sheriff Mike Burgess. Redbird was flown to an Oklahoma City hospital. His condition was not known Friday.
