The prosecutor, Brett Benton, is under investigation for allegedly committing forgery and including falsifying documents according to a local newspaper report. These charges were confirmed to World Net Daily by Mike Weland, the county's resource planner and public relations director. Benton is still the acting prosecutor in all other matters including the case against FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi who shot and killed Randy Weaver's wife in northern Idaho back in 1992.

A Mr. Paul has come forward to inform Judicial Watch and as well as government officials of Mrs. Clinton accepting solicited contributed money as much as $2 million to pardon her husband. Much of this information was unknown to the Dept. of Justice until now. Judicial Watch is now interviewing a Mr. Peter Paul who has been cooperating with the Dept. of Justice in this matter.
