My wife just came and told me about what happened at my daughter's day-care today. It seems my 4-year-old daughter was pretty pumped about the Mars landing. My wife was telling our daughter all about it. Anyway, at day care today, my daughter drew a picture of Mars and brought it to her teacher. The teacher looked at it and said, "What is it?" I have an idea to save money within the City's Budget, and would like to know if anyone out there has heard of it before and if so, how did it work (or not work)...In short it works like this:In each Department, For every dollar they come in under budget, the employees receive 25% of that dollar in a year end bonus.Does this work?
