Another good question is how much they have it insured for? You are correct about the property tax valuation as well. What people are willing to pay in property tax and insurance premiums are usually good determinations of true value.

It isn't necessarily so that the murderer was angry.... in 1986 in Lexington, KY, there were five murders in one night. The murderers were two women in their early 20's. They were stoned on drugs and alcohol and killed five people they knew... just because they were in the same location. They were not related to the victims, didn't steal anything from them..... just stabbed them, shot them and ran over them with a car. I would say though that the suspect in Florida probably knew all the victims, may be related to them, maybe not.

Please document the "common" slave auctions during the years of the Northern invasion. The South was rather busy protecting their homeland and repulsing the invaders at the time.

Anyone have information on financial aid for college for students who were homeschooled? I have a friend in Kentucky who was told homeschooled students "don't qualify".... surely that isn't correct! Is it? Any assistance greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

why is this guy and his organizaation writting to foreign countries at all? no private citizen can make foreign policy deals with other countries.... and it seems a private individual trying to undermine the foreign policy of the United States is putting himself in a precarious position.

American children may have gotten the care but you don't often see doctors waiving their fee for it... a reduction perhaps but waiving it...no. And you can't really expect them too with the cost of malpractice insurance. Health care is a mess and the only ones seeming to benefit are the insurance companies.
