Sounds like another one of Farrakhan’s 10,000 “volunteers”.

Unless this is cracked down on very, very harshly...sadly, I expect to see more of it.

Obama is deranged and a complete moron.

"They will feel better about our relationship as soon as the accept my will for them, allowing their enemy to have the upper hand."

    That's basically his attitude.

This is an 84 year old man...if you look at the picture of this old man, I think you will agree with me and seriously doubt he grabbed a young man by the throat and penned him against a wall.

This General has never been in trouble with the law. It seems to me that there was a misunderstanding and it ballooned into the police responding ....with seven police cars and nine officers.

The driver and care giver for the general, who witnessed it all, gives a completely different account...and the Chinese food place wants all charges dropped...but the police will not do so. I think the police are making a big mistake.

    Here's the other account:

The general’s personal caregiver and driver, Tim Bedgood of Sharpsburg, gives a sharply different version of events.

Bedgood charges the multiple officers (“seven cop cars and nine officers”) mishandled the complaint, including handcuffing the 84-year-old so tightly his wrists bled.

The official version “is not accurately portrayed,” Bedgood said, adding that he and two women were in the home from the time the call for takeout was made until the takeout delivery driver left the home. Bedgood said he left to pay the food bill in person at the restaurant, and when he returned, police in force had Livsey in cuffs outside with individual police units stationed at several intersections in the neighborhood.

Not one of the eyewitnesses was interviewed the night of incident about what they saw, Bedgood said. By Tuesday afternoon, Bedgood said, he still had not been asked by police for his version of events.

He said he asked the police captain as officers were taking Livsey away, did they know who they had in custody. "We know exactly who he is; we know he had a highway named after him," the captain responded to Bedgood, he said Tuesday.

Livsey was released Monday on bond after spending two nights in jail.

The dispute between Gen. Livsey, a widower who lost his wife of 60 years in July 2013, and the restaurant delivery driver involved payment of $80.60 for the takeout order, according to warrants filed by police.

The paperwork say the general’s debit card was turned down after being called in by the driver, Ryan Irvin. The Royal Chef Chinese restaurant refused to take a personal check, the warrants allege.

What happened then, the warrants allege, was a physical dispute over payment of the bill or return of the food. Livsey is alleged to have assaulted the delivery driver by placing his left hand around the driver’s neck and pushing him against the refrigerator, warrants said.

Bedgood — who was present and witnessed the whole thing — has a different version of events. He said the general had misplaced his cash and gave the delivery driver an expired debit card. When Livsey offered a check, Irvin refused and reached to retrieve the bags of food being carried in by a woman.

At that point, Bedgood said, Gen. Livsey stepped between Irvin and the woman and “grabbed Ryan by the arm, saying ‘Talk to me, talk to me.’”

Irvin left the Livsey residence without either payment or the food, the warrants allege.

Chief Pitts says, “When the complainant explained that checks are not accepted by the restaurant and he would have to take the food back, the home owner became irate, threatening him and grabbed him by the throat and facial hair and pushed him backwards pinning him against the refrigerator in the kitchen. The complainant stated while he was assaulted by the home owner, two females in the residence took the food and set it on the counter to begin eating. Once released the delivery driver, fearing for his safety, fled the scene.”

Pitts further says, “Upon officer’s arrival at ... Carriage Chase, they located the home owner in question, William J. Livsey, who stated he ordered the food but upon delivery couldn’t find any money to pay for it. He stated when his card was declined the delivery driver pushed him. Officers asked if he purchased the food and he stated he did not, but that he did consume some of the food. Upon arresting Livsey, he created a small laceration on his arm while resisting being handcuffed. Fayette County EMS was called to the scene to provide first aid to his injury. Livsey was then re-handcuffed at which time he began to scuffle with officers attempting to punch one of the officers and kick another one all while making threatening and disparaging remarks.”

The general’s driver, Bedgood, said that he himself paid for the food within 20 minutes of the initial event. He also says that Irvin had tried to withdraw his complaint, allegedly saying that the situation was completely overblown.

An interview with Irvin verified that point. Irvin said Tuesday night he had told a Fayetteville police captain that he wanted to drop the charges but was told that it was not possible.

Bedgood said that he talked with Irvin, who allegedly told Bedgood that Irvin had “a shouting match with a captain” about the charge that the general had gripped his neck.

Bedgood said that Irvin told the captain that the general had never touched his neck, only his arm.

The Citizen posed the following question to Chief Pitts:

    1. Did the “victim” Ryan Irvin ask officers to withdraw any charges following the incident?

    2. Did a captain have a conversation with Irvin in which Irvin denied that Livsey ever put any hands on the victim’s neck?

    3. Did Irvin complain to any officer that the incident was blown all out of proportion?

    3. Was the food paid for by the time officers arrived?

    4. Does the PD have any protocols to deal with elderly subjects?

    5. Did any officer witness the altercation, or is the only report of any crime that of a single witness, the victim himself?

    6. Did officers interview any of the other three eyewitnesses inside the house?

    7. Did their stories match that of Ryan Irvin?

    8. Is it possible that your officers over-reacted and over-charged someone with no criminal record?

    Here is the chief’s response:

“We are still reviewing this situation and as such, it is an open investigation. We released information we believe is necessary to initially notify the media of the incident. The responding officers were acting on the information they received from both the victim and the suspect and after presenting the information they received to a magistrate court judge, he agreed there was probable cause for an arrest. We will continue to investigate the incident and proceed through the court system for a resolution as we do with every case. If there is any additional information be it exculpatory or inculpatory that comes to light that needs to be released, we will release it at the appropriate time.”

Fayetteville Mayor Greg Clifton Tuesday afternoon said he was still sorting through all the facts from Saturday night’s incident, but did offer an interesting insight.

“It looks like we may be budgeting for body cameras. That would clear everything up,” he said.

I agree that Paul is on the right side of the NSA issue...and Christie is using the “we must do this for security,” argument to trya nd basically scare people into not only giving up their constitutional rights, but to try and make anyone who disagrees look like an idiot.

Snowden risked all to reveal what the NSA, politicians, and appointed officials had been denying, over and over again. IOW, they lied. The fact is, any email, any FB post, any text message, any voice mail, any cell phone call, any Credit card transaction, any electronic communication whatsoever is being gathered and compartmentalized.

They are not “watching it” in real time, but they are running programs against the data and pulling info and targeting anyone based on key words, locations, etc., etc.

I do not mind it when they select specific people on specific grounds of criminality and then get a specific court order regarding the same.. Or gathering data from non-US citizens abroad. I do mind when, in violation of the constitution, they gather such personal and private information on virtually all citizens.

This is what Snowden revealed, and IMHO, he was right to do so. Why do you think they have built the two huge data centers, as large as or bigger than the pentagon in Utah and back east? It is to gather, keep, sift through and store all of the data.

Far too much power in the hands of government. Far too easy (as we have already seen IMHO with the IRS) to abuse such power.

Obama has used illegal tactics. for us to use those same tactics would be illegal.

It is true that most in the GOP have been not only unwilling to use their constitutional authority to combat and halt it, but have been unwilling in large part to even call him on it.

That's why I say the answer is the constitution. The legal authority to stop him is already there. We simply have to elect people who will use it...or throw those bums out and find those who will.

This is his actual quote I believe:

“I’m looking for 10,000 in the midst of a million. Ten thousand fearless men who say death is sweeter than continued life under tyranny. Death is sweeter than continuing to live and bury our children while the white folks give our killers hamburgers. Death is sweeter than watching us slaughter each other to the joy of a 400-year-old enemy. Death is sweeter. The Quran teaches persecution is worse than slaughter. Then it says retaliation is prescribed in matters of the slain. Retaliation is a prescription from God to calm the breasts of those whose children have been slain. So if the federal government won’t intercede in our affairs, then we must rise up and kill those who kill us; stalk them and kill them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling!”

Today a black gay man walked up and shot three white people, killing two of them...stating that he was angry and had been discriminated against, specifically citing the Charleston Church shooting.

We are angry that our moral values have been allowed to be trampled by a very small minority, who have been successful in getting politicians and judges to go along with it...and in the process completely change the English language.

We are angry that our hard earned dollars are being spent to support a larger and larger percentage of this country who will not work...and that politicians go along with it and allow it...in fact, far too many encourage it.

We are angry that a half billion of our dollars are being spent to help a corrupt, demented organization kill babies and harvest their body parts, and p[politicians wink at it, or stop cold efforts to end it and defund the Joseph Mangles of our day.

We are angry that corrupt appointees and politicians violate our laws...blatantly...and are not held to account for it.

We are angry that Americans have died at the hands of foreign terrorists and we have been abjectly lied to over and over again about it.

We are angry that our health care has been harmed, and that we were lied to over and over again about...straight to our faces...so that scheming politicians could vote for a decrepit bill that they never even read.

We are angry that our own Justices then ruled in favor of said Health Care travesty by changing the wording of the bill so that they could justify voting for it.

I could go on and on and on, Marco.

we are angry...we are damned mad.

And more and more people are willing to put up with a brash, in your face individual like Trump, that though his manners may not be polite, it is felt at least that he will get into the politicians, the media’s, the establishment’s face and tell them exactly where to go as he addresses a number of these issues.

That’s where folks like Marco and Jeb and others have things all wrong...and where Trump is zeroing in...it is past time to be polite about the BS and time to take a whole bunch of people out to the woodshed and figuratively beat the living daylights out of them for enriching themselves at the political trough while all of this evil has transpired to our nation and its people..

These other folks like Marco and his ilk better figure it out...or they may find a reservation at said wood shed.

So, he was a black, gay, liberal.

Angry at the world. Wanted to get a little vengeance for the church shooting. He was as sick, hateful, and twisted as that bastard was.

he thought he would go out taken some whitey with him...and it didn't matter who it was.

Of course, I doubt we will ever hear the MSM put it in those direct terms, but make no mistake, that's what this was.

If he had said what I posted above...he would have answered it.

And he would have done constitutionally, and in a way that makes clear that there should be misgivings with the way Kelly is phrasing her “gotcha” questions.

    Amen.

    IMHO< Cruz should have said.

    “Megyn...there you go again.”

Then proceeded to tell her that she is playing the “anchor baby gambit,” and that he has serious questions whether any such children should be, or really, can be considered to be US citizens.

That he does not believe that such children of obvious illegals are “subject to the jurisdiction,” of the US.

These are going to be excellent vessels. A very good German design, tweaked to Israel’s needs.

And a good follow on to the Sa’ar Vs which were always a little top heavy.

32 VLLS, 16 ASMs, a 76mm gun, two Typhoon mount 25mm auto cannons, full hanger and pad...going to be powerful frigates (even though the call them a corvette, at 2,000+ tons and over 300 feet, I will call them a frigate...particularly with this weapons load).

And they are going to get six of them it looks like.

ALmost all of these are what we would call “Midget” subs. Very small, with maybe one torpedo.

They can work very close in to coastlines.

But should they stray south, into South Korean waters very far at all, they would be found. I bet the South Korean Navy, which is very squared away, is working with the US Navy right now to tag as many of them as they can.

    The timing might be coincidental.

    I don't think so.

And the Trump is going to fill the house, quite a few who will drive an extra 20 miles.

Jeb is being out campaigned, out strategized...and quite frankly, out done with policy. People are wanting to hear what trump will say...they believe he will actually do what he says and stand up against politics as usual, the MSM, and establishment status quo.

    Jeb...not so much.
