BTW, it looks like Cain's website has been hacked. It looks like one of my websites when it's in the early development phase and I'm testing layout and links. You can add "/index.html" after it and get another half-functional page with several "content not found"s but also with "Truth about 999" and a menu bar that's improperly aligned and doesn't work. It could be they are doing maintenance, but normally one would have a cutover time to upload all the updated content from a development sandbox (test site). Politically, the guy needs his website active - esp. now when so...

Linda Almonte, a former employee of JPMorgan Chase (JPM) who is suing the bank for wrongful termination, has just upped the ante: She has now also filed a whistleblower complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The core allegations add context to her lawsuit, and they charge Chase with grotesque and illegal practices involving its credit card debt processes, including robo-signing. Chase denies her claims. Almonte's allegations are detailed in the Nov. 30 letter sent to the SEC. In the letter, she says: 1. Chase Bank sold to third party debt buyers hundreds of millions of dollars worth of credit...

Vote the old fashioned way. Vote at the polling place, allowing plenty of time, and ready to assert your right to use a provisional ballot if your name is not on the list. Vote by mail is second only to Internet voting in the risk it presents to our democracy. Permission to excerpt or reprint granted, with link to http://www.blackboxvoting.org For a glimpse into just how slipshod our vote-by-mail controls really are, take a look at how two convicted felons obtained intimate access to the system: The primary architect for current vote-by-mail computer software was Jeffrey Dean, an embezzler who...
  • Hard Data Supporting Fraudulent Activity in Nevada Election - ACTION NEEDED

I put some effort into compiling this data and hope it may help prove, with hard data, that the Nevada "election" was not a one-legal-citizen, one-vote affair. I believe the Angle campaign has a case based on a comparison of the accuracy of polling of other races with that of their own, where the result was well outside the MOE of an aggregate of polls. Off one pull fine. Off seven by a wide margin, not kosher. The first data points (EXHIBIT A) are from a sampling of races and the poll aggregates leading up to election day. The second...

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica – A negotiator for ousted President Manuel Zelaya says his side has accepted in principle the points proposed by a mediator to end the Honduras coup crisis. But negotiator Enrique Flores says the interim government of Roberto Micheletti has rejected the central point of allowing Zelaya to be reinstated, leaving the talks stalemated. Flores says "in principle we accept all the points, to later discuss them in detail." But he says the Honduras' de facto leaders have shown no willingness to accept Zelaya's return, adding that if there is no progress "we will declare the talks...

Support for the coup in Honduras extends beyond the pages of right wing political magazines to the United States Congress. Tomorrow, the House Committee on Foreign Affairs Ranking Member Ileana Ros-Lehtinen will host a private meeting for her Republican colleagues with former Honduran President Ricardo Maduro and former Costa Rican Ambassador to the U.S. Jaime Daremblum. According to the invitation, obtained by UN Dispatch, "President Maduro will help to outline the sequence of events leading to the shift in power in Honduras and removal of Manuel Zelaya; provide insight into Honduran constitutional authorities; and discuss how the U.S. can now...

Speaking about the recent coup in Honduras, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said President Manuel Zelaya clearly “was in violation of his country’s constitution.” McCain made his comments on Twitter this afternoon: Violence and unrest in Honduras & China - we need to continue to stand up for human rights and democracy around the world! I regret the military takeover in Honduras, but it’s clear President Zelaya was in violation of his country’s constitution.

July 7, 2009Obama Is in Russia, but Honduras Is Where the Action IsBy Dennis Prager The importance of the summit meeting in Moscow between President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev pales in comparison to the events taking place in Honduras. Whether or not the United States and Russia reduce their nuclear arsenals is ultimately meaningless. But whether Hugo Chavez and Raul Castro are victorious in Honduras or whether the movement toward left-wing authoritarianism is finally defeated in a Latin American country is extremely significant.

In Tegucigalpa, the morning of Monday, June 29 was calm. Shops and businesses were opening as usual, giving little sign of the political upheaval of the previous day. In the early hours of June 28, members of the Honduran military stormed the Presidential House. President Jose Zelaya was evicted from the premises at gunpoint and flown out of the country. As the population began to wake up, many areas were without electricity. The supply was reportedly switched off to prevent Zelaya´s supporters from broadcasting propaganda. Nationwide bus services were canceled for June 28, in an attempt to stop radicals from...
  • Open Letter to Alaska Airlines (vanity)

Greetings. I had been a loyal Alaska Airlines customer for years. It was my dubious privilege to fly a new 737-800's maiden flight from Seattle to Phoenix in February of 2009. Indeed, few people can say they have flown the maiden flight in a new airliner. Sadly, because I know this likely replaced a MD-80, I will not be flying Alaska again, and will actively seek out airlines that still fly MD-80s, Boeing 727s, and other aircraft that still sound like jets. Some lower-budget airlines, while lacking Alaska's service, still flies such aircraft, and I will gladly sacrifice said service...

Urgent Call to Action - Oppose NY State Docking Bill [Tuesday, April 07, 2009] New York State Assembly Bill 7218 seeks to make the docking of tails unlawful. The American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Responsible Dog Owners Association of New York both vehemently oppose AB 7218. This bill has been referred to the New York Assembly Agriculture Committee. It is imperative that ALL concerned dog breeders and owners contact the Assembly members listed below and respectfully yet strongly urge them to oppose AB 7218. As written, AB 7218 would: Make all instances of tail docking unlawful, except those deemed...

A couple weeks back, I expressed on this forum my curiousity about how jkffjkff is enjoying the man for whom he cast his unquestionably genuine ballot for president. The point was to highlight how little of such obviously fraudulent ACORN activity is Scroole.org is a screen scraper for Google; I highly recommend it. It will return the first page of results. Scroogle (or Google if privacy is no concern to you) "bamster". What might you expect to see? It's been difficult to find on Google any information about "Obama vote fraud" or "Obama jkff jkff fake ACORN voters." This is rather unfortunate as I'd be genuinely interested to know what jkff jkff, very kindly registered to vote by ACORN, thinks of the man he voted for for President, and whether he has received the help he so richly deserves. I cannot remember his exact name, and Google is, for some odd inexplicable reason, of zero help in this matter. I heard about him from Sean Hannity prior to the election. If anyone remembers his exact name, and could...

A pro-life movie, largely produced by over 40 homeschooled students, is being praised for presenting solid legal arguments against the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision while captivating audiences with an engaging storyline that is both entertaining and thought-provoking. “Audience survey card responses were tremendous,” reported Valley Family Forum Director Dean Welty after one of several sold-out preview screenings for the full-length feature “Come What May” in Harrisonburg, Va., and Grants Pass, Ore. “Moviegoers were excited or agitated on both sides because the movie shows in dramatic fashion just how flimsy the legal footing stands for Roe,” he added, according...

My wife's bank statement: Starting balance 9/8/2008: $2322.75 Debits between 9/8/2008 and 9/18/08: $1753.09 At no point does the balance dip below zero. This is fraudulent activity on the part of the bank itself - bank fraud in the truest sense. There is only ONE gas purchase in this list (possible $75.00 hold). Even assuming a $100.00 hold, that still does not bring the account balance below zero. I will submit to you that this - whatever creative balance shuffling formulae they are using to get to a below-zero balance from these numbers - is a key symptom of the...
