This bill would prohibit federal employees of the executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence.
This proposed legislation is a blatant attempt to prevent the American people from requesting pertinent documents of OUR legislators and OUR president.
We are not that stupid! Why would someone refuse to release past documents when running for office? It is because they have something to hide.
