Thank you to David Rivkin and Lee Casey who pointed out this wastefulness. Let's hurry up and get this thing decided. You don't keep throwing good money on a crappy piece of legislation. Especially in today's economic climate. Whatever happened to 'common sense' in America and politics?
They should've listened to Rivkin and Casey earlier in this never-ending process. Now we have wasted how many millions in the implementation of this thing? All of which might be for naught depending on SCOTUS ruling.
Is it me, or do Rivkin and Casey just get more streamlined and eloquent with every one of these Op-Eds that they write? Students should be reading this stuff in class as an example of a modern day defender of the Founders.
Today, healthcare. Tomorrow they will be telling us what to eat, what to drive, etc. Good for Mr. Rivkin: we need to give him a new title. Something like Counselor for the Constitution, maybe?
This is clearly one of the cases where the president should have more say, thats what makes the case so interestingits an anomaly that the Supremes really need to decide. Weve been consistent on the Jerusalem issue, as Rivkin duly notes.
It's time to fire McCoy and The Boys and vote for what's right for Mississippi. Let's finally put an end to the Democratic monopoly in the south and vote Cindy Bryan for House of Representatives!
A liberal legal utopia. I can just see the types of judges they’d appoint who probably wish they could grant some of these rights to foreign criminals now.
