Why are threads suddenly moved to, for instance, "chat"? I was just posting on a thread and it was moved in mid-stream. Where IS "chat" BTW? I don't see it on the topics list. Albany -- A longtime critic of government fiscal practices in New York has a new target and new tactic -- a hunger strike. Robert Schulz says he is prepared to die unless the Internal Revenue Service produces experts to debate those in the "tax honesty" movement about the validity of the federal income tax.
