A friend of mine just asked me if I knew of any good books that really spelled out the benefits of tax cuts. I'm sure there are a lot out there but I was curious to hear everyone's input.

Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Harold Ford Jr. is virtually tied with Republican opponent Bob Corker, according to internal poll results released by the Ford campaign. Rep. Ford, a U.S. congressman from Memphis, leads the former Chattanooga mayor 44 percent to 42 percent in the poll of 1,118 likely Tennessee voters. Thirteen percent of respondents were undecided in the head-to-head matchup. The poll was taken Aug. 10-15 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.93 percent.

I have recently heard on Rush Limbaugh and a variety of other sources that the US is far more oil rich than what the media may lead us to believe. Specifically, I have heard that there is more oil in Wyoming, Utah, and Montana than in the entire Middle East. I have also heard that the VP or CEO or someone at BP said that there was that there is a huge amount of oil under the Gulf of Mexico. I am interested in anyone out there has any links to confirm these rumors or anything that would essentially support...
