Let me help you. Conde Nast is the media company that publishes G.Q. They contract out the reuse/permissioning to Wright’s Media. They are the ones who would have the information you are seeking, but will not find, because Cruz’s campaign never, ever requested (or received) the rights to use any of those pictures.

When a person immediately uses LOL when responding to another poster, 99.9999% of the time is means they are laughing at what that poster said.
