The hottest congressional race in America is shaping up in Pennsylvania's Eighth Congressional District. Tom Lingenfelter, a Bucks County businessman and historian, is challenging incumbent Jim Greenwood in the May 21 Republican primary. Greenwood, a self-proclaimed moderate (i.e. liberal) frequently referred to as a donkey in an elephant suit is seeking his sixth term in office.
