A burglar took a picture of himself on his victim's cell phone, then left the phone behind, Suffolk police said. They are asking the public for help in identifying him. The burglary was reported to police the first week of June in the 200 block of Holbrook Arch. The burglar tried to make a call with a cell phone in the residence, and took a picture of himself flashing two fingers, police said. He left the phone behind. NORFOLK A 22-year-old Norfolk woman who worked for a national voter registration organization was indicted Wednesday on three counts of felony election fraud. Cassandra McNair is accused of turning in voter registration applications to the Norfolk voter registrars office that contained false information. She worked for Community Voters Project, which has been accused of turning in fraudulent voter-registration applications in other states.
