Good news! Our application for use of the People's Plaza for a 4th of July celebratory tea party picnic--to be dubbed Independence Hall Tea Party III was approved! The People's Plaza is located directly across the street from Independence Mall, between Market & Chestnut Streets and 5th & 6th Streets (next to the Liberty Bell Pavilion). The grounds include a paved staging area surrounded by a grassy field suitable for family picnicking. (CNN) -- A Florida judge is expected to decide Wednesday whether Terri Schiavo's husband can remove the feeding tube that keeps the severely brain-damaged woman alive. Pinellas County Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer scheduled a hearing in Clearwater on a request by her parents, Robert and Mary Schindler, to block the tube's removal until they can pursue additional legal challenges.
