Last night, I came home and checked my messages and there was none other than President Bush, calling to ask me to be sure to vote in today's election. On February 4, 2000 oral arguments for Michael New's appeal were heard before the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. This court is the final appellate court for all court martials in the military.
