I am a Holocaust concentration camp survivor. I am one of a rapidly dwindling number of eyewitnesses to the Nazi Holocaust, the most systematic genocide of all time. Today, misinformed students cynically led by progressives are using that event and its rallying call to confiscate guns and turn them over to government—the exact opposite of the core lessons to be learned. This is so fundamentally wrong no justification can excuse it. Naming a book Never Again!—which is a desperate call to arms—to address drug-addled, video-mesmerized, psychotic, murderous classmates —misappropriates and reverses the central messages and lessons of the Holocaust.

Lawmakers would bring students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School to Capitol Hill for the summer. Student survivors of gun violence descended on Washington en masse earlier this year during the massive March for Our Lives on March 24. Now some lawmakers would like to bring them back for an entire summer. House Democrats are inviting students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida — who survived a mass school shooting in February — to come intern in their offices, working on gun violence prevention....

Survivors of the mass shootings at Pulse nightclub and Parkland are planning to pressure Walt Disney Co. to withdraw its support of self-described “NRA sellout” Adam Putnam by holding a “die-in” at a Disney property sometime this month. National Die-In, a group co-founded by Parkland survivors, is in the early stages of organizing the demonstration where protesters lie in a corpse-like pose to emphasize the effect of shooting massacres. The protest would be at a Disney headquarters or Orlando theme park. “We want to keep doing these protests to show people we aren’t backing down,” Nurah Abdulhaqq, a Georgia teen...

Deputies recently swarmed a suburban Delray Beach neighborhood, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office put its chopper in the air and called out its SWAT team. Then they learned they were responding to a fake 911 call. It's called "swatting" and it happened Wednesday. The 911 caller said there was a stabbing and a hostage situation. It turns out the day before the Broward County Sheriff's Office received a similar call and now the two incidents may be connected. "We had to deploy a lot of resources down there including putting a SWAT team in that direction. Turned out, it...

David Hogg might not want to hold his breath while waiting for that $1 million donation from Publix. Two weeks after the 18-year-old student activist called on Publix to atone for supporting a pro-National Rifle Association candidate by sending $1 million to the Parkland victims’ fund, the grocery chain has shown no indication that it plans to do so. Publix spokeswoman Nicole Krauss confirmed that the company has not donated to the crowdfunding account, but highlighted the firm’s public-service activities at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, scene of the deadly Feb. 14 shooting. “While we have...

[...................SNIP.................] ...A school was put on lockdown. 12 members of the BSO SWAT team combed through his home while additional officers and emergency personnel from Coral Springs and other agencies stood by at the ready. But David Hogg waves this off as No biggie??!!! It is indeed puzzling that that is his reaction to something that could’ve turned deadly in an instant. No matter which way one looks at it, SWATTING is dangerous and very wrong. It doesn’t matter what the motive was, the situation could’ve been far more deadly than it ended up being. Let’s hope the authorities are...

FULL TITLE: Parkland survivor David Hogg's home is swatted: Cops swarm gun safety advocate's family house after they got a hoax call saying someone had been taken hostage A heavily armed SWAT team from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office this morning descended on the home of Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg in response to a hoax call reporting a hostage situation. A news helicopter from Local10 was over the scene in Coral Springs as multiple officers and sheriff's deputies surrounded the home. The unidentified caller who sparked the 'swatting' claimed that a stabbing had occurred and that someone was barricaded...

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — The Broward County Sheriff's Office responded to a prank call to the home of David Hogg Tuesday morning. The call, according to CBS Miami, referred to a stabbing and barricaded subject at Hogg's home in Parkland. Deputies and the SWAT team responded. According to a spokesperson for the sheriff's office, the prank call was deemed not credible. The scene cleared around 10 a.m.

With Parkland high school graduate David Hogg expected to announce a 60-day, 20-state, 75-stop summer bus tour Monday to push for more stringent gun control laws and to register young people to vote, the 18-year-old found himself facing another daunting challenge that could break the internet if he accepts. Kaitlin Bennett, the Kent State grad who took the internet by storm recently when she posed on campus with an AR-10 strapped across her back, took to social media to challenge Hogg to an arm wrestling contest. (snip) “I have a challenge for you @davidhogg111. Let’s arm wrestle. If I win,...

The students of March for Our Lives, including survivors of the Parkland high school shooting, today will announce a 60-day, 20-state, 75-stop summer bus tour to register young people to vote and to promote gun law reform. A key quote: David Hogg, 18, who graduated yesterday with the other seniors of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, told me in an interview Saturday to promote the tour that his biggest surprise as he travels the country has been: "There’s a lot more love than hate out there." Hogg, who plans to work on voter registration during his gap year ahead, said:...

Publix CEO Todd Jones on Tuesday told the father of a Parkland, Florida student killed in the February 14 massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School that the Florida-based supermarket chain would not be making a donation to the school’s student fund. Last week leftist revolutionary Parkland student gun control activist David Hogg demanded Publix give $1 million to the Stoneman Douglas Victim’s fund to atone for donating a reported $670,000 in recent years to Adam Putnam, a pro-NRA Florida Republican running for governor. Hogg led a die-in inside Publix stores last Friday to protest Publix’s support for Putnam, who...

Having been involved in the public discourse with the left since Reagan was in office, I have found universally that liberals love it when you hate them, but will go apoplectic with rage if you laugh at them. Using plays on words or rhymes (hey hey, ho ho...) appropriates their chosen form of ridicule and uses it against them, further deepening the wounds. So, based on years and years of making liberals supremely angry at me, I move that we refer to David Hogg’s brain dead, bereft of logic, two standard deviations left of the bell curve followers as “Hogglodytes”....

Staring down the prospect of a public relations crisis — boycott threats and "die-in" protests included — over its donations to Republican gubernatorial hopeful Adam Putnam, Publix said Friday it has halted all corporate political contributions. The supermarket giant made the announcement moments before a "die-in" protest planned by David Hogg, a vocal Parkland school shooting survivor and gun control activist. Despite the news, Hogg and dozens of protestors sprawled on the floor of a Coral Springs Publix for 12 minutes clutching sunflowers and signs that read "No NRA Money." Hogg and other students began their influential movement for gun...

David Hogg is trying to shake down Publix. The public face of the gun control movement demanded $1 million Thursday from the Florida-based grocery chain in a tweet, just one day after calling for a “die-in” protest at its stores. Publix is being targeted by Mr. Hogg for its support of Adam Putnam, a Republican gubernatorial candidate who is now the state’s agricultural commissioner. The Tampa Bay Times reported earlier this week that Publix had given $670,000 during the last three years to Putnam campaigns. Mr. Hogg not only sought atonement money from the grocery chain in Thursday’s tweet, he...

Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg said Friday that politicians will soon be paying lip service to the need for school safety after Friday's school shooting in Texas, but said they're only in it to “boost their approval ratings." “Get ready for two weeks of media coverage of politicians acting like they give a shit when in reality they just want to boost their approval ratings before midterms,” Hogg tweeted just hours after the shooting at Santa Fe High School. Hollywood stars Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd, and others associated with the No Rifle Association initiative (#NoRA) have signed a letter demanding Bank of America revoke a loan made to Remington Arms. Alyssa Milano tweeted the list of signatories, which included Alec Baldwin, Michael Ian Black, Mia Farrow, Chelsea Handler, Debra Messing, Julianne Moore, Michael Moore, and Rosie O’Donnell, and a page full of others. Signatories also included Parkland gun control activist David Hogg.

Oh good, David Hogg released a five-point platform about how to best strip Americans of their Second Amendment rights … said no one, ever. Notice how many times the word ‘ban’ pops up in this list so the next time some jack-a-ninny on the Left insists they’re not trying to take our guns you can refer them to this dumpster fire. David Hogg ✔ @davidhogg111 Comment why you do or don’t support our 5 point platform below I want to try responding to as many people as I can. 1. CDC funding for research into gun violance 2. These are trying times we live in. How fortunate we are to have someone like David Hogg to drop a little wisdom on us when we need it most: David Hogg ✔ @davidhogg111 Throughout history violence and war only creates more of itself for example WWI->WWII->Cold War ->Korean War->Vietnam and up to today. While nonviolent moments like Gandhi’s, the suffrage movement or Civil Rights movement lead to peace and long lasting change. Ours will too.
