Carlos Henriquez, who's serving six months in jail after being convicted of assaulting a former girlfriend, was taken to the Statehouse in handcuffs to meet behind closed doors with his colleagues in a highly unusual spectacle on Friday. BOSTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- State Representative Carlos Henriquez arrived in court Monday morning, accused of attacking a woman, hitting her and holding her against her will in a car. Rep. Henriquez’ booking photo, taken around 5 a.m. Sunday, was a glimpse into the alleged assault and late night arrest that could impact his political career.
