(Agencies) Hewlett Packard chairwoman and chief executive Carly Fiorina quickly claimed victory Tuesday in her company's bitter proxy battle to buy Compaq Computer Corp., saying a preliminary estimate of shareholder votes shows enough support to approve the merger.
