CONCORD – A local woman thought she was shot after a TV came crashing down onto her car Tuesday as she drove out of the Capitol Commons garage. Police are looking for a man who heaved the older model TV from the fifth floor of the 75 Storrs St. garage, sending it crashing into a 2010 Kia Forte being driven by Kaleena Guzman, 20.
