WASHINGTONâTestimony that suggested the Donald Trump-Russia claims given to the FBI by a Hillary Clinton lawyer may have been fabricated will be struck from the record, along with mention of the email that triggered the testimony, a judge has ruled. On Tuesday, FBI agent Curtis Heide was presented with an email sent by Rodney Joffe to researchers with the Georgia Institute of Technology dated Sept. 14, 2016. Joffe discussed one of the white papers Michael Sussmann, a lawyer representing both Joffe and the Clinton campaign, later handed over to the FBI alleging a secret link between Trump and a Russian...

When will the Republicans wake up and see that the Democrat Party is not working for the USâs best interest? They work for POWER and will do anything to get it and keep it. We saw in nearly every big state lawsuit after the election that Obama judges were being assigned to the cases. They had multiple documents ready before they even heard the cases which ruled against President Trump and the American people every time. In February 2017 we reported on Obama and Carter judges making insane rulings against President Trump. We saw Obama judges obstructing justice with unconstitutional...

In all my years dealing with constitutional law, I have always said no to judicial impeachment even when from time to time on various issues some conservative activists have argued for it in specific situations. I can generally provide people more arguments against impeachment than for it where judges are concerned. Sometimes I cannot provide arguments for impeachment at all, because all the valid arguments from my point of view mitigated against judicial impeachment in those situations. see also: Dred Scott and Terri Schiavo -- The Long and Tortured Death of the 14th Amendment At the Hands of the Federal...

A Republican state senator from Roswell and several people from other political parties on Saturday called for state District Court Judge Wendy York to resign. Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry's federal disclosure records show a $1,000 campaign contribution earlier this year from Wendy E. York of Albuquerque. Meanwhile, the judge ruled Friday that Ralph Nader cannot run in New Mexico as an independent presidential candidate, knocking him off the state's Nov. 2 ballot. State judges may contribute to a political organization, according to New Mexico's Code of Judicial Conduct. But York should have recused herself from the Nader case, state...

Ex-Judge Recounts Invitation To Clique By John W. Allman and Michael FecterThe Tampa Tribune TAMPA - The conversation, he says, came less than a year after he became a Hillsborough County judge. Then the other judge asked whether he would join the group. Donald Evans remembers that he was stunned. He still appears to be, more than 20 years later, recounting the moment, with clarity and conviction, when he says...
