During Obama's first two years in office, he passed five stimulus/jobs bills. If you add up the promises, he boldly promised something well over 5.5 million jobs "created or saved." But reality turned out very differently: there are now 2 million fewer people working than when the first Stimulus passed. On top of that, the number of jobs should have increased as the country’s population has grown by almost 5 million. Population growth by itself should have generated more than 3 million new jobs. Kucinich is proposed offering early retirement with social security benefits and health insurance subsides to people as young as 60 years old. Think back to February when Barack Hussein was frightening America with terrifying predictions unless we passed his porkulus package. Obama repeatedly compared the economy to the Great Depression even though any student of history would know that the current economy was and is far more like the one Reagan inherited in 1981 than anything from the 1930s. Pardon my language, but the Obama stimulus bill was crap. It hasn't produced squat. It was a gigantic $3.27 trillion socialist spending giveaway that has rightly been called "the Generational Theft Act of 2009."
