A bank robber tried to escape police by jumping into the Arkansas River. He hasn't been seen since. ... A witness who saw the whole scene unfold told 11 News that at first the suspect seemed confident that he had escaped police, going so far as to climbing onto a cement slab in the middle of the river and taunting officers.
