With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Rubio garnered 37 percent of the vote, John Kasich got 36 percent, Donald Trump 14 percent and Ted Cruz 12 percent. There was no declared winner in the Guam Republican caucus, according to the party’s executive director. No presidential preference vote took place.
