This is funny. Angelo Genova, the lawyer arguing on behalf of the DEMS, is now suggesting, at the Woman Supreme court justices urging that color coded ballots could now be used so that absentee voters could tell the "revised ballot" from the original one. They really are making it up. One of the justices was obviously sympathetic and led Angelo through the idea that the "over-riding principle" of the election law is to enfranchise as many people as possible.
