    He didn't have any money. But Woonsocket police say that didn't stop Wayne Glaude from soliciting sex from an undercover officer last night. Instead, they say, he offered some nice T-bone steaks. Detective Captain Luke Gallant says Glaude told the officer he'd give her the steaks right away, and would give her some money the next day.
