A federal grand jury has indicted a Brooklyn Park man of Somali descent on charges of conspiracy to aid a terrorist organization and conspiracy to "kill, kidnap, maim or injure." For the second time in two days, a Somali man from Minneapolis has been reported killed in his war-torn homeland, a relative confirmed Sunday.
