The mass shooter who killed four people in a quiet Georgia neighborhood has been shot dead by the police. Henry County Sheriff Reginald Scandrett confirmed to WSBTV that Andre Longmore, 40, was killed in a manhunt on Sunday afternoon. A Henry County deputy and a Clayton County police officer were also injured in the shooting, but are said to be conscious. The deputy, however, is being air lifted to a local hospital for treatment. RESTON, VA, -- Ricki Harvey, 54, principal of the Dogwood Elementary School in Reston, Va., has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of failing to report suspected child abuse involving 88-year-old Kenneth Bayer, a former volunteer at the school. Fairfax County police spokesman Richard Henry told News4, "I'm not going to say how many victims, but through the investigation we felt that she had information about suspected child abuse at the school with at least one of the students."
