Phil Valentine of 1510 WLAC AM radio reported that Don Sundquist, the Governor of Tennessee, has called up the Tennessee National Guard and has armed them with rifles and live ammunition in response to the Tennessee House Of Representatives suspending the House Rules in anticipation of a vote on the state income tax this evening. Governor Sundquist is using the National Guard to scare of and keep people from protesting the vote on an unconstitutional state income tax.
