Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell is the most unpopular U.S. Senator, according to a new national survey. The poll released by Morning Consult finds McConnell is the only senator with a disapproval rating higher than 50 percent. A new poll shows Ben Carson's net favorability rating has dropped 12 percentage points, while Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz's favorability ratings have each risen nine points.
