    Okay, lets say for a moment that Miers winds up voting with Scalia and Thomas. Let's also say that she is qualified. Let's also forget about the fact that cronyism played a part here. She could wind up being a great justice. The one thing I still cannot get around is why Bush and his people would be willing to risk this all on someone who is already 60 years old!!!
