After lots of 'Net speculation on science and medicine advisory councils and committees in addition to mine of this morning, we find out that the Obama leader for the transition team on the President's Council on Bioethics Review Team will be Jonathan Moreno the associate at the bioethics arms of the Center for American Progress, founded by co-chair of the Obama "office of the President-Elect" transitionist John Podesta. NASHVILLE -- Some of Lt. Gov. John Wilder's Senate colleagues and an academic are questioning why Wilder showed up at a meeting of an ethics committee. Wilder spoke with reporters who were outside a closed-door session of the Senate Ethics Subcommittee, which was discussing a bank loan made to Sen. Jerry Cooper. Wilder said he might "sit in" on the committee meeting, but left after reporters asked him why.
