So when Susan Haynie, deputy mayor of Boca Raton, campaigned for votes outside the boundaries designated by a posted sign, she thought she was safe. Turns out someone had just stuck the sign there without measuring. This being Palm Beach County, the finest-precision measuring devices money can buy were brought out to solve the problem.
