A Missouri state senator said in a now-deleted Facebook post that she hopes President Donald Trump is assassinated. Maria Chappelle-Nadal acknowledged on Thursday that she wrote a post which read: “I hope Trump is assassinated!” She made the comment in an exchange with a left-wing activist who claimed that his cousin is a Secret Service agent.

Chelsea Handler has just achieved heights of “Liberal Idiocy” that even the most ardent anti-Trump celebrity has failed to reach. She Tweeted on Friday that there should be a military coup carried out to remove the president from office. What is more amazing is that she seems completely unaware of the lunacy she’s calling for. “To all the generals surrounding our idiot-in-chief…the longer U wait to remove him, the longer UR name will appear negatively in history,” she wrote. So she wants the United States military to actively remove an elected President from Office and doesn’t seem to care about...

The state Senate on Wednesday voted to no longer make it a felony for someone infected with HIV to knowingly expose others to the disease by having unprotected sex without telling his or her partner about the infection. The crime would be downgraded to a misdemeanor, and the bill would also apply to people who donate blood or semen without telling the blood or semen bank that they have acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, or AIDS, or have tested positive for human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, the precursor to AIDS.The measure, which next goes to the Assembly for consideration, was introduced by Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco),...

Tucker Carlson and Julissa Arce heartily debated the morality of President Trump’s proposed border wall on Fox News Thursday night. Arce, who came to the U.S. illegally before working her way up the corporate ladder at Goldman Sachs and gaining citizenship through marriage, characterized the wall as “a symbol of hate” toward immigrants, a point that The Daily Caller founder clearly took issue with.

Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group Former US Attorney: Susan Rice Ordered Spy Agencies To Produce ‘Detailed Spreadsheets’ Involving Trump Richard Pollock Reporter Former President Barack Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice ordered U.S. spy agencies to produce “detailed spreadsheets” of legal phone calls involving Donald Trump and his aides when he was running for president, according to former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova. “What was produced by the intelligence community at the request of Ms. Rice were detailed spreadsheets of intercepted phone calls with unmasked Trump associates in perfectly legal conversations with individuals,” diGenova told The Daily Caller News Foundation...

It's OFFICIAL. The Democratic Party chair in Nebraska has just bragged about including a Voter Registration Form in each welcome basket for newly-arrived immigrants. This is a blatant attempt to influence individuals to commit a felony, ironically setting up the very immigrants they are trying to help with a deportation-level event. This is the first time that a Democratic Party official has actually endorsed illegal voter fraud activity. The video is at the link on Conservative Review. There needs to be a major investigation into this practice.

A New York Times columnist is encouraging IRS employees to commit a felony by leaking Donald Trump’s tax returns to his newspaper. “If you’re in IRS and have a certain president’s tax return that you’d like to leak, my address is: NYT, 620 Eighth Ave, NY NY 10018,” Nicholas Kristof wrote on Twitter on Sunday. Kristof, a liberal who writes about global affairs, was responding to a tweet from Vox.com editor Matt Yglesias who marveled that the IRS rarely leaks tax information. One reason for that is because doing so constitutes a felony. The unauthorized release of an individuals’ tax...

"It takes less time to fill out your taxes than for Rachael Maddow to get to what's in Trump's taxes." Rachel Maddow teased a big reveal on her Tuesday night show, tweeting earlier in the afternoon that she had gained access to President Donald Trump's tax return!!

Pathetic democrat-socialists, their media advocates and neutered GOP footstools (read McCain, Graham, RNC, Speaker Ryan) seek to deny the will of the American voters as clearly expressed in 2016. Obama has ZERO RESPECT for any law that happens to interfere with his ideology. "The ends always justify the means" is a CORE Obama belief. Team Trump MUST prosecute Barrack Obama, Valerie Jarrett and Ben Rhodes to the fullest extent our laws permit. Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are domestic enemies of the United States of America. It is OUR TIME to help President Trump counterpunch the hell out of...

I wanted to see if they were really charging these culpris for the felony riot charges and they are. Only one is missing a court case. informer...

An Iowa Congressman claimed on Sunday that Republicans on Capitol Hill have copies of the 650,000 emails the FBI recovered from a computer belonging to Anthony Weiner. 'The good thing is, Congress has preserved them for our access,' Iowa Rep. Steve King said before a Donald Trump rally in Sioux City. 'So the Weiner leaks, the WikiLeaks, you name your leaks, we've got our hands on all of them – 650,000 emails.' King also suggested that the number of emails related to the FBI investigation may be larger than 650,000. OK, here is an idea. Not much time so I'm just throwing it out there. I'm working a polling place so I can't do it. The idea is to get a print store to make a large professional looking sign saying "Election Fraud Is A Felony" "Punishable by law" and so forth. To catch poll workers you have to be there 4:30 am and at 7:00 pm when the polls close. I can just imagine the Marshall telling them inside what he sees when he takes in the election signs. Just be beyond the 75 foot limit of the polling...

Heard Brett Baier tell Brit Hume at the top of the hour on "On the Record" that his sources are 99% confident that at least five foreign intelligence agencies hacked Hillary's server and took things from it.

Of course. As soon as James O’Keefe released the video and Rob and I discussed putting something together about it, we figured this was going to happen. A man closely associated with the Clinton campaign and the DNC - not knowing he’s being recorded, of course - admits that Hillary is illegally giving orders for idiotic hijinks to go on at Donald Trump rallies. The point is not how stupid the whole Donald Duck thing is (and it’s very stupid indeed). The point is that a candidate cannot be giving orders to a Super PAC to do things. That’s a...

Every time Democratic U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky mentions "Republicans" and "scandal" and "accountability," she'll be sticking her husband's foot in her mouth. The foot I'm talking about belongs to her spousal unit, Robert Creamer, the noted champion of the poor and the downtrodden and Democratic political organizer. Creamer's judge was U.S. District Court Judge James Moran, the former Democratic state legislator from Evanston. Moran's son-in-law is Democratic political consultant Peter Giangreco, who has worked politics with Creamer and Schakowsky and had a seat on the board of one of Creamer's many organizations. Judge Moran says he thought about recusing himself...

Conversation about this being a mistake, accident, or minor error in judgment, is a flat out lie. This lie should be rolled into an obstruction of justice charge -- yet another felony The constant “drip, drip drip,” regarding former Secretary of State Clinton’s e-mail is starting to sound like so much inside baseball. Secretary Clinton continues to stand on her statement that none of the e-mail she sent or received had classified markings. Other folks in the conversation comment that many of the e-mails Secretary Clinton wrote and received were “born classified,” at the time she wrote or received them....

Efforts by lawyers for “affluenza” teenager Ethan Couch to have the judge in his case removed, which could have resulted in his release from jail, have failed. […] Couch’s attorneys had argued this week that Texas District Judge Wayne Salvant has no authority over Couch because the teen’s case should be considered a civil case. But prosecutor Richard Alpert argued Couch’s case “ceased to be a civil case when it was transferred from juvenile to felony court.” …
