With all the legal woes surrounding his failed relationship with Cameron Diaz, Criss Angel has set his sights on newly rehabbed Lindsay Lohan. The two were seen hand in hand at a club in Las Vegas this past weekend, where Lindsay was surprisingly sober. She has been wearing an alcohol-monitoring bracelet to manage her alcohol intake. At the end of the night, LiLo hopped in Criss’ car and the two made their way into the night. And while a new relationship could be a good thing for Lindsay’s stress level, there’s a new problem on her horizon.

Lindsay Lohan conducted her most recent magazine expose via her handheld BlackBerry from rehab. The actress/singer posed for provocative GQ magazine photos late last year and then conducted the accompanying interview with reporter Marshall Sella from Los Angeles rehab clinic Wonderland. When questioned about her love life, the star replied by email from her BlackBerry, "I need a boyfriend... There are three different boys I like, maybe five." LOS ANGELES - Lindsay Lohan has checked into rehab. "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time," said the 20-year-old actress in a statement issued Wednesday through her publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick. Us Weekly reports that Lohan entered the posh Wonderland Center in Los Angeles at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, arriving in a sports utility vehicle and clutching a Jamba Juice. Lindsay Lohan to run for public office in 2009. Officials at the New York State Independence Party have let it be known that they would like the Long Island native to consider a future in politics. Party leader Frank Morano is deadly serious about his offer to the party girl and has written to her asking Lohan to stand. TMZ has confirmed that Lindsay Lohan has undergone an operation to remove her appendix. Leslie Sloane Zelnik, Lindsay's rep, tells TMZ that Lindsay was not feeling well and went to the doctor yesterday. The doctor performed several tests and determined that Lindsay was suffering from appendicitis. Doctors asked her to return to the hospital today to remove her appendix as a precaution.
