GRAND RAPIDS, MI — The action taken by a New York City police officer against Eric Garner is "clear," writes U.S. Rep. Justin Amash on Wednesday. Clearly excessive force against #EricGarner. I pray that peace and justice will prevail. The incident was captured on video, showing Garner talking with police as they suspected him of selling tax-free cigarettes. TAMPA (FOX 13) - A Tampa man is under arrest after police say he and an accomplice crashed a stolen SUV through the front of a convenience store, and stole the ATM inside. Police are still looking for the other suspect. Thursday morning around 4 a.m., investigators say, Dwayne Chambers, 37, and another man slammed into the front of the Shubh Mini Market on Orient Road, driving a stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee. Police say Jalen Bradley, 18, tried to run away while in handcuffs, take gun from officer.... ....Bradley was arrested after he brought a gun to the Jan Mann Opportunity School in Miami Gardens, police said.....
